Subway — Restaurant in Redwood City

Service is awful in this place! The young girl that is on the video of one of the reviews here was extrimely rude to me. I came in and was very nice and asked for specific sandwich that they have on menu. She didn't have chicken so I asked to replace it with turkey instead. She pretended she doesn't understand what I say and pretended she doesn't speak English at all. I don't speak Spanish, I'm turkish speaking, I speak also English. When I used Google translate for her and showed translation on Spanish she said to me very rudely that I'm not ready to order and started serving the other customer that came AFTER me which was speaking Spanish. So she spoke to him on Spanish, took his order and completely ignored me when I said I'm ready to order and that I came first. I asked why she servicing someone who came after me. She completely ignored me and continued speaking to other customer on Spanish. I left and drove to other subway (on Camino Alto) to get my sandwiches where lady was super nice as always. I realized I forgot my stuff in the place where the girl was rude to me so I rushed there back before they close. When I arrived I saw her inside and door was closed before 10pm. I nocked the door and asked her to return me my belongings. She refused to open. I called police and she eventually opened the door because she needed to leave, she threw my belongings on the ground right in front of me instead of handling them back to me and she walked away. She clearly saw I'm pregnant (I also said that when I was trying to place order and pointed our that I can't have uncooked meat) but she didn't hesitate to be rude to me, throwing my stuff on the ground right in front of me and clearly discriminating me just because I don't speak spanish. I called police back and told them that oficers don't need to come any more because she left so nobody is here. This is unacceptable and I'd like the management of this particular place to take actions toward...

Be careful of this place. Last night, 7 pm we stopped by this place to buy some sandwiches that we love Subway.

But we had a very bad experience here, First the woman who was serving at this time. She was very rude to a customer when she made a comment to her at checkout.

We never thought she would be rude and unkind to us too. She had a bad attitude when serving our sandwiches, and left us there for over 10 minutes while she took a backordered door dash order. She didn't even tell us to please wait a few minutes and she served us when she had already take our order. She was extremely rude when we asked for a style sandwich... could not be seen in the menu. We decided to get out of there and look for another place. Her attitude is horrible. And now that I see the reviews here, there are many customers complaining about it and posting pictures of her. I asked my self... Why the manager of this place hasn't done anything with this worker.??? This woman has complaints in this space with photos and cases that even the police have been called due to her bad behavior. I am Hispanic and so is this woman, yet she behaves this way with most of costumers. This is sad and disgusting. Please, owner of the place, do something. Or people who experience this should report it to the consumer's human...

Typical Subway they have all the typical sandwich stuff. They also have a new wrap that's 6.99 but you get 2x the meat, which is the same portion as a footlong. They brought back a few $5 footlong sandwiches but the others are overpriced. The process typically compare to a deli or specialized sandwich place but the meat quality at Subway doesn't seem as great and the veggies don't always taste fresh. Personally it's good for a quick sandwich if you like the cheaper options but otherwise I'd prefer to spend $2 more and get a...
