I had the worst experience ever at this place. We loved to come here but the waitress and manager were terrible. I ordered the 32oz Bone In Ribeye medium rare and it came back well done. I was very polite and asked for them to correct it and they were more than helpful. This is when the bad stuff starts. They never offered to keep my dates dinner warm, instead, she was forced to eat alone. The entire 40 minutes we waited, neither the waitress or manager came by our table to give an update, refill our water, or sodas. I feel they were avoiding us to not give us the opportunity to ask for our check and leave. Once the steak finally comes out the manager brings it and just goes, āThis cooked okay?ā. Not Iām sorry for the wait, not anything. While eating, the manager brings us one piece of cake. We didnāt ask for the cake. We didnāt want the cake. Also a $105 steak made incorrectly is not quite fixed by a $9 piece of cake. Then when the check comes around (takes about 25 minutes because the waitress still has yet to been by the table)ā¦itās full price. Not a discount. Not even a few bucks off. Iām not looking for a free meal but like help me out I was more than patient waiting for the meal and was very polite throughout the whole exchange. When I asked about maybe giving a discount because the meal is so expensive she was like āwell we donāt to that here.ā When asked why it took so long āitās crowded and these people had reservationsā meanwhile we had reservations and were there before most of everyone who was currently dining. We had come specifically for the filet so we didnāt need much time to decide. I asked about sangria and was told they did not have, but was not offered an alternative. So we ordered the filet and when asked how Iād like it cooked I said I like it pink, so what do you call that? She replied, āmedium wellā. I said that I donāt think so but as long as it is pink Iāll be happy. My friend ordered the same. It came out strangely fast - maybe 5-7 minutes after we ordered. No one checked on us for about 15 minutes and at that point we were almost finished with dinner. The steaks were cooked perfectly but the potato was completely undercooked. When she finally returned to check on us we asked her if they bring bread to the table. She said sometimes. No idea what that meant. She did bring us a bread basket but we declined because we had just finished the meal. We sat for a while and spoke to the nice couple sitting next to us. On 8/22/21 this was one of the worse dining experiences Iāve had in decades. I ordered the $51 filet and it came out like it was cooked in a microwave or a pressure cooker. Mushy and no char lines or grill marks like a high quality steak. Iāve had great filet at this restaurant many times before so something was off today. The spinach was so salty I couldnāt eat it. I mentioned this to the waitress who had more attitude than Jennifer Lopez. I asked to speak with the manager who had as much attitude as the waitress and who has much to learn about customer service. She was rude and defensive and did nothing to recover from the bad customer service experience and said āWe donāt own a microwaveā as if that was the problem. My friends and I were very disturbed with the manager and waitress reaction. Restaurants have bad days, I get it, but they were so rude I donāt think I can support this restaurant anymore.
