Starbucks — Restaurant in Reno

This location is very friendly in regards to other employees. HOWEVER, I always experience this one employee name Thuy who's constantly RUDE. Today I was going to Starbucks and arrived at 10:24am. I placed my order at the drive-thru for 2 grande pink drinks, the lady who took my order was polite and friendly. When waiting in the drive thru for 5 minutes max, the employee THUY opened the windows and didn't say "Hello, how are you" or overall welcome me in a good demeanor & tone. She instead opened the windows and said $11 in a rude manner. She handed me my drinks and after she handed it, she didn't say have a nice day or thank you, just simply walked away.

She's is constantly rude and unwelcoming. When I'd work at 6am, and place my order ahead for drive thru which would usually be a drink & food. She'd be waiting outside the window holding both my drink & food, expecting me to drive right on pass and hand me my order quickly without saying a single word.

With that being said, one time when I walked into the lobby mistakenly thinking they were open and I tried to explain I thought I had placed an order for pickup there. She told me to leave and that we weren't open in a rude tone and pointing...

I just went in there, no other customers were there 3 baristas behind the counter. I tried asking where I needed to place my order, because there's no signs or anything where to stand, and they all completely ignored me, despite my repeated attempts to get their attention. It was embarrassing and disgusting. I've never been treated like that before in any fastfood place.

It's completely shocked. Happened at 7:50 am on Jan 19th 2024. Whatever training is happening to that crew isn't enough. I'll never come back and i go to this shopping center...

I just wanted to say thank you again to the open crew at this location. I ordered breakfast sandwiches, bacon /gouida & bacon egg cheese, Oat meal , vegan latte brown sugar, coconut latte, green iced tea, but not only were these baristas friendly and professional, they were quick and my entire order was hot and absolutely perfectly prepared and packaged in order to arrive that way as well.
