Coach's Grill & Sports Bar — Restaurant in Reno

Went here tonight on my way home from a work trip. Ordered half order of Nachos and beer. Put $20 in the machine (lost) and waited for my food. Should have been charged $7 for my half order of Nachos and comped a beer. I got home and found I was charged $18. (Plus $4 tip) They were understaffed and then charged me for things I did not order. I was passive because I wanted to go home and didn't realize what had happened, but this is criminal. I should have paid more attention to what they were trying to pass by me. I wonder who's bill I paid for???? I believe she put someone else's bill on my tab that she didn't charge them for and I was recovering her loses. When I told the women tonight that I lost my $20s gambling as I was paying, she told me "thanks for the donation". #nevergoingback 🙄I had been here several times before and treated and charged appropriately, but maybe she took advantage of me because I was dressed nice, because I have a real job. Normally I've gone there in a more casual outfit. When I got home, the chips were super stale. I couldn't eat my $22 dinner. So disappointed how bad this experience was. This is a serious warning, something dangerous is happening here. I am devastated and furious to share that I believe I’ve been drugged at this establishment,not once, but five separate times. Initially, I assumed the awful aftereffects were due to poorly mixed or low-quality alcohol, but after speaking with five different individuals including one current bartender, I learned that others have experienced the same thing. One person who works there confirmed that this has been happening.

In just two days, I casually mentioned my symptoms to ten people, and five of them told me their drinks were modified here, too. That’s not a coincidence. This is predatory, criminal, and horrifying and nothing seems to be getting done about it.

If you’ve ever blacked out unexpectedly, felt violently ill, or had symptoms that don’t align with what you drank, please take it seriously. You’re not crazy. You’re not alone. And no one deserves this.

I will be taking this to the appropriate authorities. This place won’t get another dime from me, and I will be making sure others know...

You will not walk in and feel welcomed. It was the second time going and the first time we went we gave a tip just about the same as what we spent, approximately 30.00 on food and tip $25. Second time going in the bartender from the time we walked in was giving extremely bad looks and came across as a possible biker type. Nice to the regulars and not to people who live close by trying to find somewhere to spend some money. So we did not tip well the second time and will not be going back.
