Hinoki Poke — Restaurant in Reno

Cute little place tucked in the Village at Rancharrah, a cute little shopping area in South Reno. I had never had Poke before and I absolutely loved it! I want sure what to try so I just had them put all the things I know I do like. It seemed weird and like these ingredients wouldn't go well together, but I enjoyed every single bite. I personally enjoyed eating each topping separate with the protein instead of mixed all together. (Like I got mango, endamame and pineapple. My protein was salmon, Tuna and shrimp with spicy mayo and teriyaki sauce. I liked one bite the mango and protein mixture with the rice base. Then the next bite say the pineapple with protein mixture and rice ect.) It was new and definitely interesting! I loved every bite! The place is very clean and the workers there are nice, and take care to make your order exactly how you want it, or offer helpful suggestions if you're not sure what to get. I will definitely...

I love this place, however, my bowl is never consistent. The flavors are on point and everything tastes fresh! But whoever is doing the training for how bowls are built, needs to revisit with their employees. Sometimes there’s sauce on my proteins and tofu, sometimes there isn’t. Sometimes my chosen toppings don’t all get into the bowl. Sometimes there’s little rice, sometimes there’s a ton of rice. Etc.

Really want to keep ordering, but also feel like I’m wasting my money since it’s not consistent. I spend around $25 each time for my order. That’s quite a bit to not be...

Horrible experience, the older Lady was suoer rude, asked for Appetizers they said they didn't serv Appetizers when thats what their menu offers, asked for hot, spicy chili sauce she gave me a 1/2 of 1oz cuo and charged me 2$ she then refuse to bag my order and said the bag was an additional 2$. I don't mund if i have to paya but i just think its over price if i could i would give the -10 stars, they where both touching their hairs with their gloves on, and didn't change them and helped the next clients behind me.
