Have been here several times, the pizza is good quality and they also have a good GF crust. The pour-your-own-beer is a fun gimmick I can appreciate, on-demand beer and a large variety of drinks, including seltzers and cocktails. This time however, I only enjoyed the beer on my tab. I asked for the pass cards at the bar and poured my rounds. I wanted to get a few of the cocktails but either of the bartenders were fumbling through orders, with a long line of people stacking up at the bar, so I passed. When it came time to close out, I’m given my bill and then “it’s going to ask you a little question,” comes out. Replay this scenario…. I poured my own drinks. Bussed my own table. And put my own glasses in the dirty dishes tray. I didn’t order a cocktail and had no interaction with the bartender aside from opening and closing a tab. The times that I did, they were too busy or inattentive. So, I decided, ‘No Tip,’ fair, right? This employee decided to flip back the screen while the payment is still processing- that way he sees this, and not only audibly scoffs, rolls his eyes, as I am walking away he goes, “hey right on man,” and puts his fist out for a fist bump. I fist bump back because I have thick skin and ai genuinely understand when a tip is appropriate or not, it that was some jerk attitude that will seriously make me reconsider coming back to that place.
If your establishment is a counter service restaurant where customers BUS their OWN tables and POUR their OWN drinks, either pay them a fair wage, or train them to do their job better, different, or with an expectation that ‘no you’re not getting even 10% of a bar tab where the customer did all of the work.’...
Read moreThe owners are marvelous. Everything is clean and the bathroom smells lovely (and includes a keg turned into a urinal which is a visual plus). The beer is well priced and has great variety. The owner even gave out free pints to celebrate the super bowl. Family friendly vibe and awesome clientele. The couches and chairs were very comfortable, even for the 4 hour super bowl.
We ordered the pretzel which were served cold, without salt, with warm cheese and missing the mustard. The service at the bar was frustrating as the bartenders would walk past you and talk to friends instead of asking your order. When trying to close out, I was told “I don’t know if it’s closed, but let’s hope so” and then the lady walked away. A 25% tip was added to the charge the next morning, which I would not have given for the service we received. Lesson learned: make sure to confirm that your charges...
Read moreThe experience here was beyond terrible – the manager’s behavior was nothing short of hostile and completely unprofessional. From the moment we walked in, they were rude, dismissive, and rushed us, pushing products aggressively without giving us a chance to ask questions. It was clear they didn’t care about us as customers, only about making a quick sale. At every turn, we were pressured, ignored when we needed help, and made to feel unwelcome. This was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had – no one should be treated this way. I’d urge management to seriously reconsider having someone like this representing...
