I absolutely love The Waste Less Shop! From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the wide selection of eco-friendly products (many locally sourced) and the welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about sustainability. They are always willing to help me find the best plastic-free and Earth-friendly alternatives for my everyday needs.

What I appreciate most is the store's commitment to reducing waste. They offer a fantastic variety of bulk products, reusable containers, and environmentally friendly household items. The prices are reasonable, and I love being able to bring my own containers to refill and reduce packaging waste.

The staff goes above and beyond to create a community feel. They participate in community cleanups, host workshops and events, both for fun AND to educate customers about sustainable living, making it more than just a store but a hub for eco-conscious living.

Additionally, the store is always impeccably clean and well-organized, making my shopping experience enjoyable every time. The wasteless shop is incredible… I was an online supporter well before the store front existed in Reno because I believe in their brand and message. It is amazing to have the store experience and the tap bar and to be able to walk in and get refills is a dream. If making better, plastic free, sustainable choices in your everyday life feels intimidating then you need to go to wasteless. They have what you need and they are ALWAYS so helpful. Dominique has helped me several times and she has giving me recommendations for some of my favorite products and is always warm and helpful. I also love how supportive of local creators and how they host community events and workshops to pay it forward to other small businesses that align with their mission. And to top it all off they’re so affordable, I honestly save money buying from wasteless than buying my products from the usual...

I absolutely adore this place, the shop is super well organized and easy to navigate, all the products are clearly labeled and have the ingredients listed and they’re all very clean! The girl at the shop is very friendly and approachable, and doesn’t try to convince you to buy things or follow you around the shop. Anytime I had questions she was quick to answer and was very passionate about her products. I bought a general cleaning spray that she doctored up with essential oils and some beef tallow which has already worked wonders for my skin! Seriously my favorite shopping experience...
