Planet Smoothie is the truth! I finally stopped by, and it did not disappoint. It’s family-owned, which gives it that welcoming vibe, and the staff was super cool and helpful.

I tried the Get-Up and Glow smoothie, and it was exactly what I needed. The coffee flavor hit just right, and the boost of caffeine and collagen kept me full and energized for most of the day. Seriously so good.

At 4:09PM today 9/13, I ordered a large mango plus collagen powder. I sat and watched the girl make it. She did not add any collagen (which is an additional $2). I asked her if she added the collagen and she said uh huh and nodded. She straight lied to me, I watched her the entire time. I would have seen her do it. How dare you charge so much for the add ons and then not add it. ...

Went in, said hi to the one employee, got no response and ignored for 10 minutes. Another employee comes out and asks if we’ve been helped he was nice, but then says that I “can’t order acai because its still frozen”. Is acai not always frozen? And to wait 10 minutes to not be able to get one of the 3 things they sell, kinda crazy....
