$15 delivery fee even in the same building. Nevermind. Crazy amounts of illegal going on here - Managers and supervisors fill their pockets with the tip jar, counting it in a closed, camera-less room. They swipe further tips by allowing themselves into the tip pool (despite it being illegal for them to participate at all, and this is after stealing every single night.), and even further by telling employees to not ask if a customer wants to leave a tip and just secretly add one without them noticing.

Tack that onto the $15 few just to get a delivery, which doesn't go to the one who runs the delivers but into the tip pool.

They have cash prize employee bingo contests, but only a manager has won them all over the last year. If someone else wins, they're told they are disqualified and the contest continues until the manager wins.

We are a family of 6. Found this place off my google search once we were settled in our hotel room. Trusted the ratings. This place was very convenient price wise, location wise, and kid friendly wise. It's located in the Circus Circus food court close to the arcade. There is alot of seating area, we found a spot to fit us all comfortably pretty fast on Memorial Day weekend. There's kids unaccompanied so expect the running around. I'm a mom of 4 I'm ok with loud. If you are not then this is not the place for you. The pizza was veryyy good, even better than some over priced pizza places I've been too. 1st day ordered 2 pizzas plus 2 drinks $38, 2nd day ordered just 3 pizzas $52. They're about 14 inch pizzas. Horrible customer service, I am from our of town I did not know that the piezetta was in a food court at the circus circus casino food court , I am unaware of how to even navigate Reno Nevada, well anyways to get to the point the minimum wage worker was very rude when I asked where they deliver to , in response the minimum wage worker gave me a very nasty tone of voice & then explained to me that they only deliver to silver legacy and the Eldorado casino,I can see that from my hotel room thinking I could walk and meet the driver the minimum wage worker passes the phone off to an LGBTQ participant and they gave me an EVEN NASTIER TONE .
