Teriyaki Madness — Restaurant in Reno

At the location the manager was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable and he made me laugh. The gal that took my order was patient with all my questions and she kept a smile on her face the entire time while answering all my questions. Neither 1 of those employees showed any frustration, irritation, or annoyance with all my questions. The food was ready in a timely manner. I ordered noodles, veggies, orange chicken, chicken breast teriyaki, chicken egg roll, and a LG drink. The food was on point, made correctly (no onions), and was hands down 1 of the best dinners I've had in a long ass time!! Very grateful I decided to stop in for my din din!!

I had an hr long drive ahead of me so only was only able to eat part of it. So I put the lid on and tucked it away. I then drove to a store, for a quick 5 min stop about 2 hrs after I arrived at my location. On 10/2/2024 , I visited TERIYAKI MADNESS for my first time in life out of all existing locations.

I visited this new location on North Virginia Street in Reno and ordered a Junior Orange Bowl that included Orange Chicken, rice, and vegetables for $10.39.

The restaurant was well organized and clean, ready for guests to dine in with sauces at each table.

My cashier was Melanie, and I give her a 5-star rating for both her customer service skills and work ethic. If no orders or customers are at counter, I saw Melanie cutting boxes, restocking supplies, and cleaning the lobby.

The new store in Downtown Reno is Amazing. I’m originally from Las Vegas and practically raised my 4 children on Teriyaki Madness. So, when I moved to Reno 7 years ago, I was very upset that quality here was not on par with the ones in Vegas. That is until this one opened up. The new owner not only opened this store up and absolutely killed it, but he took over the other stores in Reno and made them all step up their game. I tip my hat off to you Bro.
