I went to this specific keystone Jack in The Box at around 10pm last night (aug 2) and ordered through the drive through. My girlfriend wasn’t aware that they still served sausage breakfast sandwiches until she saw an ad on the window, so we thought to ask if they could add one to our order when we pulled up to pay. We were reluctant to ask but still willing to accept no if that was policy.
They agreed, but immediately all the worker’s moods changed. They became extremely rude. The cashier yelled “it’s not my fault” right in front of me to his coworkers who were openly complaining. They asked if we could pull up to the front as not to overrun anyone’s order timer behind us in the drive thru. My girlfriend was extremely embarrassed. She’s a very sweet person and in hindsight maybe we should’ve just made a second order inside, but I didn’t expect to get treated this way.
Instead of waiting in the car I waited inside so they wouldn’t have to hand deliver our food to us. I wasn’t given a straw for our drink or the sauces we had asked for. Went back inside to grab them. Not a big deal.
But what happened after was the worse part. We were at home enjoying the curly Frieda from the meal we had just purchased, but half way through eating them we could taste the distinct flavor of mold in every bite. The gag inducing flavor stuck in our teeth.
Now, I don’t want to make any assumptions, it could just be a coincidence, but if your employees retaliate by with tampering with people’s food when they don’t get what they want then you should find new employees.
It was just a...
Read moreNormally I am an advocate of Jack in the Box in every way shape and form. But after my service last night, the way I used to support jack in the box will happen never again. I was physically appalled after getting home, and reaching into my bag in excited preparation to eat my favorite late night munchie meal, the “spicy nacho chicken sandwich”. I cannot even begin to convey to you the sheer disappointment I felt when I bit into my sandwich expecting a golden, nacho-y, chewy, chicken sandwich but was instead given a dry crunchy bite out of a chicken sandwich with a bun that wasn’t toasted and nacho cheese that was no where to be found. And if you think this lackluster excuse of a meal is the reason for my 1 star review, You’re wrong. it’s only a portion. What seals the deal for the review given is the fact that the munchie meal came WITHOUT THE TWO TACOS. How is it even possible to forget such a large component of the entirety of the meal, while still messing up the sandwich in the first place. Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had, my opinion on jack in the box has been forever changed, and will most likely not see my business in future late night endeavors where I am craving a nice meal to compliment the surplus amount of beverages I likely had earlier that night. Perhaps Taco Bell will cater to my needs when I’m in the mood for a late night meal to help hold...
Read moreSo far I've only gotten pretty fresh food from here it's always been good. The only thing that has been an issue is the employees they get really frustrated when you ask for extra sauce they give you a really hard time and every time I ask they'll give me just a couple and then I have to ask her more and they give me a little bit of an eye roll. But other than that I've had them be completely hilarious and funny in the drive-thru saying silly things and being really friendly so at least that's positive to make up for the sauce. I'm just one of those people who like a lot of extra sauce and every place I go to seems to have a big issue with handing out extra sauce I'm not sure what the issue is or why they get so upset when they don't charge for extra sauce and I use it all it's not like I just asked for it just waste it. Not sure why they would care so much. But they do make really good food never had a bad...
