Burger King — Restaurant in Reno

I want to start out by saying that the two lady's that were working did everything they could between the two of them to run this store the best they could. They were just set up to fail! I ordered the dragon whopper. Waiting for 20 minutes in store. I did not get the dragon bun I just paid more for a whopper.. I had not had A Burger King whopper in a year and a half. I saw the new commercial and winning and got me a burger. Super disappointed just because it wasn't to meal I ordered and I waited a long time to get it once again. The girls were really sweet and they were doing the best they could to service everyone in the store. For this location being in downtown Reno on second St. it's a very clean location. I was very surprised to cook in the back was busting her butt and the girl upfront was doing the same thing. It was 1130 and there was two people in the whole store. Trying to find workers in this day and age is hard I get it. The whopper sucked but my friend's chicken sandwiches were amazing. The home of the whopper is now the home of the chicken sandwich. At least at this location because it all the other locations, you cannot get a consistent chicken sandwich. It either has too much mayonnaise or not enough mayonnaise. Nothing like getting one that's been in there for about an hour or two just sitting in the little warmer and then they put like Like one Mayonnaise packet. It's like eating sand. It's so dry or then they put a bucket of mayonnaise on the next sandwich. I would love for the CEOs to drive around and try to get a consistent chicken sandwich with every single Burger King. FYI, although I gave him a low rating, they did a great job on the chicken sandwiches although I didn't order a chicken sandwich my friend in I saw it is that a consistent amount of mayonnaise it was a good sandwich. I got a crappy whopper. It wasn't even crappy it just wasn't what I ordered. These franchisees should look at getting themselves some More employees like the two girls that were working there today. I would of quit. This is a review platform. Try the Burger King in sparks on mccarren across from western village. I am so mad at this place we purchased $70 in food tonight not talking about any other night that they've screwed our order up but tonight $70 in food they forgot our fries we didn't notice it till we got home we went back down there to get the fries and they said that we would have to wait till morning when the manager was on shift what good does that do we wanted the fries with our dinner I didn't want to wait law enforcement got involved they abide said that we did get them so we it ended up that we would have to go back in the morning The unfortunate thing to that is when the manager is working so am I so that wasn't a possibility for me to do so I'm just out for medium fries and three small fries that was this trip The trip before that my husband didn't get his Sunday or whatever it was ice cream and his soda The trip before that was something else it was just ongoing I'll never go back here again I gave it several chances they were rude they lied when did it come about that if you didn't get your food and left the establishment that you weren't able to go back and pick it up Wednesday heck did that happen and the reasoning was that they gave was because it would come out of there pocket well it came out of mine right now but that's okay yeah I'll never go back here and I do not recommend anybody else going back here I should have known I've never seen a more dead Burger King all the time in my whole life I was wondering about that and I...

If they had 0 stars or minus stars, this is how I would rate.. On March 1st, I went into the dining room about 10am.. I asked the guy if they were serving hamburger's now or is it just breakfast?? (Cuz i was cravin' a Whooper) he said no, just breakfast.. I was bummed, but still ordered yuck breakfast totalling $7.35.. As i waited for my food, I watched the 2 employees fill other orders and I kept seeing hamburgers and French fries go into bags.. after 8 minutes, I spoke up and said ""excuse me, I thought you said were only serving breakfast?"" And the same young guy who helped me (who was new) sat their and said, he never said that.. Then he said I never asked about breakfast vs. Lunch and then he "Bold Out" started arguing with me.. He kept stern saying I never asked.. I was sssooooo flippin frickin- frackin fuckib** You get my drift so mad, I walked out (without a refund) he never offered to make things right... Oohh no, this stories not over.. I called 4 different other BK to complain or to find a corporate office, and I finally reach a sweet sweet gal who said she was going to put about $20 worth of coupon's in the mail as compensation for my ordeal, guess what?
