It’s limited seating and only word of mouth at the moment - 7 seats total and reservations are call in only right now. We went all-in for the chef’s choice of premium proteins like thinly sliced Wagyu beef, plus a rainbow of fresh seasonal veggies (enoki mushrooms, Napa cabbage, and chrysanthemum greens) the beef literally melted like butter in your mouth. Prices are in line with the high quality of the meat they serve and we didn’t have room for their desert but will definitely come back for that one. One of the most unforgettable shabu shabu experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the owners welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality—it felt like dining with old friends. Their passion and attention to detail shine through in every part of the experience.

The broth was rich and deeply flavorful, the meat and veggies were incredibly fresh, and the sauce selection was perfectly curated—each one elevating the meal in its own way. The Wagyu, locally sourced from Washoe Valley, was buttery and melt-in-your-mouth tender. And the dessert? Truly unforgettable—a perfect finish to an exceptional meal.

5 stars are not enough!!! This restaurant is a fantastic experience. Shabu shabu was new to me and an unexpected delight. All ingredients are fresh and locally sourced. The fresh vegetables and broth were truly tasty. I chose wagyu beef as my meat option and it was like butter melting in you mouth. The dipping sauces can only be described as scrumptious!! At the end of dinner we created a mouth watering soup to take home.
