I would give 0 stars if I could! Avoid this place if possible! They were rude from the beginning, then later we had problems with the flower girl and pictures also.
We got married at this chapel and the grand ballroom was nice. Those who did the wedding were quite rude however and demanded everyone out of the lobby that we literally just walked into and was not nice about it at ALL and were very sturn when telling us what to do about everything. Its not that hard to say please everyone have a seat in the ceremony room, right this way.
They also charged for numerous things that aren't listed. We brought our own flowers and they wouldn't let my daughter throw the flowers we bought since they were real so we had to purchase the fake ones, which they told my wife as she was about to walk down the aisle!!!! They were going to let her walk down just holding the basket.. she is only 4 and probably would have made her cry as I clearly got her really excited about being the flower girl. Then when we were leaving they said, "oh by the way we will also charge a 25 dollar fee if they aren't picked up." I'm sure they have a broom to do it real quick however we all had to get on our hands and needs to pick them up so we weren't charged.
The WORST part of it all was pictures. We were about to walk down the aisle when the lady also told my wife some more bad news, that nobody was allowed to take pictures unless you get some package. Since they're trying to run a business and trying to make money this is understandable, however when I called to make the appointment which was about 5 days before I ASKED about this! I asked if we would have to purchase a package and they told me as long as nobody is standing up taking pictures and that there was no hired photography we would beable to take pictures from our seats no big deal. We didn't want to pay for any professional photography from them or anyone else. While my wife is about to walk down the lady says we will be charged if they see anybody taking pictures.. She let them know that we asked about this when we made our appointment and all she said is it changed!? What from a few days ago. My wife was so in shock she didn't even know what to say.
My wife should have been happy and excited to do our quick little wedding ceremony however we were all just so frusted with how they treated our guests, the bad news about the flower girl, (which is not on there website or posted ANYWHERE) and also the faulty information about taking pictures. We have been together for almost 8 years and was hoping for a better experience than the one we received. We just wanted to do a wedding that was affordable and small with immediate family which still came to about 25 people. We were all very respectful and would have tipped them very generously if it wasn't for the...
Β Β Β Read moreMy husband Brian and I were married at this chapel on Sunday, April 20th, 2025, and we couldnβt be more grateful for the experience. The staff went above and beyond for us during an incredibly stressful timeβmy bank account had been compromised the day before our wedding, and we were left with almost no funds. Despite this, they treated us with compassion and understanding, even holding our photos and video until we could get back on our feet.
We also want to give a special thanks to our dear friend Jeff Spurgeon, who generously loaned us the money so we could still enjoy our tripβand most importantly, so we could still get married. Without him, none of it would have been possible. His kindness made all the difference.
The ceremony itself was beautiful, and the minister was truly wonderfulβwe plan to compensate her as soon as we are able. We made it home safely to Oregon, and we are both incredibly happy with the service we received. This chapel helped turn a potentially disastrous moment into a day weβll always remember with love and gratitude.
Thank you again for everything.

Β Β Β Read moreFrom the moment we called and spoke with Shelby to schedule the wedding on 7/22, to Vic picking us up on 7/26 in the limo at the hotel, taking us to the Marriage License bureau, then to the Chapel was awesome. Once at the Chapel, Shelby assisted is with everything. Signing the documents, choosing the package, helping me find a dress that fit, and a tux for my husband. Shelby hit a home run!!! The only problem we ran into was we left the stuffed pig we bought in honor of my father at the hotel. Vic found a poseable pig that I placed in the bouquet. It was the only 2 of us, but when Vic started the ceremony(yes, he was also the limo driver), it was magical. When the ceremony was over Shelby did the photography. After we changed back into our clothes, Shelby completed the package deal, and Eddie took us back to the hotel in the limo. We both thought that each and everyone of them worked together like a well oiled machine. We definitely recommend them for a wedding or...
