TRA is one of my favorite places to get boba. I'm there w/my lil puppy at least once a week with friends to catch up and expose my puppy to different people/environments and see his friends!

Staff at TRA are super friendly and communicative. They promote a cool atmosphere and have some cool choices in music.

There's not much seating, it does seem like a place where they want you to pick up and mosey out, with one lil bench to sit and wait for drinks to come outs. Is another bench or two for larger groups that may want to linger inside in the cold and not keep others from sitting while waiting a future?

I picked up coffee from this place and thought it was actually really good. The problem is the service. They use a website called clover for online orders. It is horrible and definitely an after thought. I tried to place an order at 6:45pm (45 minutes before close) with no success. I tried to place an order about 15 times and clover wouldn't allow it. I tried calling at 6:55pm and they answered but refused to take an order over the phone. I just wanted to place an order without being physically in the store but they refused. I discovered Trà Viet Coffee & Tea @ Southport Renton by chance while visiting Gene Coulon Park. The place offers an impressive selection of teas of many varieties — I was honestly a bit overwhelmed by the choices! I ordered jasmine tea and a matcha with strawberry. I especially enjoyed the matcha with strawberry. The drinks are beautifully presented and freshly prepared right in the place. Please note that this is a take-out only spot — there are no tables to sit at, and drinks can only be ordered and picked up.
