The staff was very helpful and asked if there was anything they could help us with.

I had bought a gift for someone and it was the wrong size. When I exchanged a product that was the wrong size, instead of returning my money they gave me an in store credit. I was a little frustrated but I decided to use it on a different present. I paid expedited shipping costs for two day shipping- not cheap. My item won't arrive for five days. Don't bother paying expedited shipping. You won't get your item on time. They seem to not disclose that you won't get your money back for returns and you also won't get the shipping that you pay for. I'm so mad! I ordered a tree skirt and sweatshirt on the 10th of Dec, that was supposed to be here EARLY last week. All of a sudden the shipments are delayed and they're not going to be delivered by Christmas. Not EVER ordering near the holidays from you again.
