Where do I even begin with this location.
First of all, don’t make any online orders because half the time you go in they don’t actually have it in stock. I made a few orders so far and two of them they didn’t even have the product when it said it was in stock online.
Second of all.......... the first order I had made was canceled and I was immediately refunded my money. The second order I had made and they didn’t have the product in stock, I actually went into the store because I was sick of waiting for my order to be processed (4 hours after making the order) and guess what.. they didn’t have it in stock. So I picked up my other order and asked the lady if she can cancel the order right there so I can get my refund. Welp, she told me I had to call customer service to get my refund and I was like “why can’t you cancel my order so I can get my refund?” She chose to ignore my question and proceed to telling me I had to call customer service and it all didn’t make any sense at all as to why she couldn’t simply cancel the order right there so I could get my refund if they did it the day prior. She proceeded to speak to me in a demeaning manor and I left the store and called customer service and got my refund. Honestly, I feel like the “manager” or lead just didn’t feel like doing her job. Because I spoke with a friend of mine that works for Ulta and she said she could have canceled and refunded me without having to call. Get better workers, I wish I knew her name so I could report her. I can’t remember her name but this lady had a full on mustache on her upper lip and she’s working management at ulta? Read moreThis place was so terribly unwelcoming the other day. My two friends and I went in and were looking for color corrector for my friend with brown skin and asked a man with dark hair and dark eyebrows working there if Ulta had anything. He recommended two different products and began showing us the first. He tested it on my friends arm and said “hopefully your face isn’t any darker than your arm” and then when he walked away, my other friend said “if you don’t like this product we can try the other one” that he recommended. He was nearby and came over and raised his voice at my friend saying “excuse me?! what did you just say?!” and we were all completely confused. He blows it off with “ugh, nevermind🙄” and begins removing my friends eye makeup to test a product on her face. He is very clearly angry and aggressively blots off her eye makeup without asking her. He then pauses and says “it’s just, you know, if you’re going to try and help her then I don’t need to be here. I’m not going to waste my time if you guys are just going to be telling each other anyways.” We stare in awe and confusion at the way he spoke to us. He walks away to grab more product and we left as quickly as possible, leaving everything we were going to buy. I have no clue what the disrespect was for, maybe our age as we are teenage girls, but we were there to try products and pay for them, and it ruined our entire day. We’ll never go back again and will be sharing this as it is completely disrespectful, aggressive, and words cannot describe how rude. Read moreGot really bad vibes from the really short hair girl. Asked her about products and she kept cutting me off asking what did I want. I got so irritated I walked off. Definitely shouldn't be in customer service at all if this is normal attitude. But if she's having bad day she should call out sick. Even avoid her second time came in! Just bad energy.
Luckily, I didn't let her ruin my mission to get products there. Went to Abigail and she was the nicest person ever. Patient! Kind! Knowledgeable! And giving!! She even told me about Kirsten the esthetician and I made an appt and even loved Kirsten! She's the Esthetician I've been waiting years for!!! She took care of my milia problem!!! Pulled over 40+ out!! Going back again in a week!
Because of these two ladies, I would totally give them 10 stars if I could!!
And even though one bad apple on the house, I'm not going to ruin the stores rep for it.

Update: Second round with Kirsten and I'm soooooo happy! My skin is so much better! She told me I have oily skin when everyone always told me I have combo. She recommended me 3 products and stop everything I had been using. Everything everyone recommended me was actually harming my skin because we were trying to fix problems without understanding my skin type.
