Spa at the Lake — Local services in Renton

I normally don’t give 5 * Stars but this Spa is worth every star. You walk in, its clean, smells fresh, is dimly lit and you feel calm and at ease and ready for your treatment. Whether your getting a massage, facial, or anothe treatment you feel relaxed already. I was greated by the wonderful Spa Director, Tiffany. She had me fill out a form asking the basic questions on health, allergies, treatment questions and anything else I needed to let the masseus know that was important before my 90 minute massage.

My massage therapist was a lovely lady named Ruth. Ruth was a very quiet but calm and lovely lady. She explained what she was going to do and saw on my paper I had some damage to my L4&5 discs on my left side and I wanted to focus on my shoulders and lower back. She asked if there were any other concerns. Then the massage began. Ruth is small but strong and her massage was one of the best I have ever experienced. When it was over I was so sad- but as they say- “All good things must come to an end” I was so relaxed and enjoyed my 90 minute massage. It felt like it went by faster than it did because it was so amazing and Ruth did an amazing job working on my shoulders and on my lower back. Working out where I hold my stress and breaking it all apart. Felt amazing. Definitely will be going back to see her again!! Highly recommend her if you have a lot of sore muscles and you have a lot of tension in your shoulders. She will work it out.

Next, I had a facial with Tiffany the aesthetician. I let her know I’m sadly allergic to pineapple so she could avoid any product. The facial felt amazing and I even fell asleep on the table from being so relaxed. She took amazing care of my face. During the winter time it gets really dry so she was able to get some hydration back into it and make it feel full and smooth and beautiful again. Even 2 days after my facial I was complemented on how glowing my skin is.

This spa is amazing and if youre staying at the hotel I highly suggest booking an appt because you will not regret it. Even if you arent staying here and are looking for a relaxing place for a good spa day- definitely check this place out. You will not be dissapointed at all! Self care is my goal for 2023!!
