Unfortunately, our experience this Sunday afternoon was disappointing due to the behavior of staff members working during that shift. Our group of six included individuals with a language barrier, and rather than providing assistance, the barista was noticeably rude and dismissive. At one point, she handed over a drink abruptly almost spilling it on our acquaintances shirt and instead of calling out a name or labeling it, she shouted, “Don’t drink that — it’s not yours,” which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. Additionally, the condition of the seating area was poor — tables were dirty, and it didn’t seem like staff were making efforts to clean up between guests. Really the pits. I don't care how hungry you are, eat anywhere else you can. The burger and fries tasted like they'd been in the freezer for a year. Like a weird 1.5 inch thick Big Mac patty.
