Karie Anne's is so good! The sizes are fair and the prices are simple. You definitely get your money's worth and the fact that it's only in Rexburg during the late spring and summer makes it a novelty. They do give samples so that you aren't ordering blind, but you do have to ask for them specifically. They have Italian ice, frozen custard and then they can combine them in gelato goodness. Most of their flavors stay the same like chocolate and vanilla custard and most of the ice flavors like strawberry, green apple, tiger's blood, etc. but they also have daily or weekly flavors to break...

Go here all the time, liked it last year but this year heck no, no flavor in the shave ice. The shave ice was SO DRY my wife went to get a spoon full and all of her shave ice fell on the floor it was so dry it like cracked and fell. But that didn’t matter cause when she tried my shaved ice it was flavorless mind you I got us 2 junior sizes and it was almost 5 dollars each…. For a junior that’s gotta be a joke. Karie Ann’s you gotta step it up and tell you employees to flavor your ice more, lower those prices, it just ain’t worth almost 5 dollars for a dry flavorless...

OKAY I have been coming here for years now and I am am avid fan of their gelatis. I've always loved the atmosphere and the sitting area in the back. Today, I sat there for roughly 20 minutes and I am not kidding, the song "Closer" by the Chainsmokers played about 6 times in a row. It was the most aggravating and annoying thing I've ever experienced. Me and several other customers were feeling the same way. We would have rather sat in silence than have to listen to the same song six times. It might be copyright thing, but if you have only bought one song, don't play...
