Sausage, Pepperoni, Garlic & Basil Pizza: Appearance - Chicago cut, eye pleasing pizza. Basil could use a bit more even spread. Nice, thin, soft perfectly cooked crust ( no cracker here) 4/5 Taste - No need for parmesan or red pepper here. Solid pizza with a good foundation of ingredients. The basil smells REALLY nice. With every bite you get a few pieces of garlic which compliments the sauce well. The sauce is mid-range, not too flavorful, but robust enough to not leave you with a feeling that something is lacking. The pepperoni is not showing up in the flavor profile even though there's definitely a ton of it. 4/5 Meatball sandwich: Appearance - Beautiful sandwich. One of the best meatball sandwiches I've ever seen. The cheese is melted over the meatballs albeit not browned so they probably poured it from a bowl or melting pot instead of putting it in an oven. This helps keep the rest of the ingredients from drying out, but maybe take a torch to it & brown it a bit afterwards for a more delectable appearance. They also missed the peppers on one meatball. 4/5 Taste - Quite good. On some bites you get an odd sugar hit (they sprinkled sugar on the "sweet peppers" it seems which is my first time experiencing this so it's weird.) Everything works well although the bread should be a bit larger considering the massive size of the meatballs. A soft hoagie bread probably would contain this better. Trying to eat the thing was a mess as the sauce soaked through the bread's middle which caused it to split into separate halfs. Other than the actual eating experience, the ingredients themselves are good. The sauce stands out a bit more here since the meatballs have relatively mild seasoning. 4/5 Overall: Rosati's offers a solid menu for a fairly inexpensive price. A medium pizza is $14 & the toppings are $2 each. A basic meatball sandwich is $9. Adding the bells & whistles to the sandwich only brough it up to $11 so definitely not a bank breaker there. The portions fill you up as well so I find no real reason to order sides. A few tweaks & it would be perfect! 4 out of 5 stars

1st time trying them if I recall. Seems to be a franchise location just by walking in. They saw me looking at the pizza that was by the slice and then asked if I wanted sausage. Since the other varieties didn't look that hot I said yes. Place was small inside. Didn't see pieces posted but you look they have paper menu's. Someone asked about a 16 oz bottle of soda and they said $2.25 ish. Yikes. They left. So tried the 2 slice and 2 soda's for $11. Pizza took a few but was hot. I'll always wait for fresh. Wasn't to bad, good size but a little "heavy" like for me. The sausage was big and slightly greasy. No napkins were included when they bagged it except cheese packages. :( Brought the other piece to the g/f about 20 minutes away and was still very warm. I did keep it on my car floor with the heater on it to make sure though. She liked it.

I ordered a thin crust pizza for delivery. Pizza is usually good however when I started eating it I noticed a weird texture while chewing. I thought it could have been the green peppers but no!! Turned the crust over and it seems the crust was made with some kind of seed. Not sure if it was sesame seed or what, but it gave it a weird crunch to the crust as you can see there were a lot of them. Never eating this again. Look at my pics and tell me what you thing those ‘SEEDS’ in the pizza crust is

I order a pepperoni and sausage pizza on today. And notice that the pizza look like it was 3-days old.. I tried calling this place back and got no answer,Then they gave my husband a extra sausage slice free. That surprise my husband.Even that slice look old and dried out.tThis pizza was not freshly cook, over cook, very dark like the cheese and crust was hard.and the crust look like it had a grayish looking mold like on the bottom of the pizza. My kids were so hungry they got some slices before I could see the pizza and take pictures. I still took some pictures of the whole pizza and the slice. I was so disappointed with this pizza and slice.I tried calling this place so many time and got no answer .This was my favorite pizza place in Matteson,Illinois but now I don’t know. I need a full refund or try to have them to give me another pizza . I am so unhappy at this moment. This was the first restaurant I order from since this pandemic and since we are in stage 3 to reopen some business.I order from this place all the times for about 3-years never...

First of all, I love the fake reviews on here giving this place good ratings! This place is so unprofessional. I am a member of a dining club called dining advantage.. if you haven't heard of it you should check it out! It gives you discounts at many places. I have used it many times and never had a problem. In fact, I've used it at this location a couple of times. Tonight they refused to honor my coupon stating it is fake. Not only that, they made me call the manager on his cell phone so he could tell me they aren't taking my coupon. I have ordered from this place many times without a coupon, but will never order again. I have worked in restaurants all of my life. I know what fake coupons are and I know how to handle customer service.. they clearly do not. Why a company would refuse a coupon therfore sacrificing a customer I don't understand. I highly recommend Rosatis pizza.. it is amazing! However, I would suggest supporting any other location other...
