My 12 year old placed an online order for pick up at on 3/21/24 at 6:55 and my daughter and I went to pick it up and was told they didn’t have the order but when I gave the order number all of a sudden someone came in and picked it up by name. Which was a LIE! I asked what time and they said 7 something when I explained that wasn’t possible since I just placed it at 6:55 so I asked what the person look like and they gave a bogus description of someone! So you remember what they looked like but not what time they came in! So I asked if the cameras worked which I was told they did not work ANOTHER LIE! I asked them to remake it or refund my child and they refused. The employee then called the manager GINA who said oh since it was picked up by name there’s nothing she can do. She offered to contact the owner of the store and she’d call the employee back she calls back with the same oh well attitude and stated to contact my back for a refund so I said just give her the refund and the manger again declined. I said forget I’ll dispute it and proceed to leave the store and what do I see the POLICE! I asked the employees if the called and they said no they did not so instead of GINA unprofessional butt calling her manager for further assistance she called the police! The store's presentation is immaculate 💪🏽 and always clean and free from safety hazards, spills, etc. The food prep area is spotless and organized to perfection along with a well stocked bread oven and neat display of fresh cookies every time I visit. Presentation is extremely important to me when it comes to my health and where I spend my money so with that I'd say my overall experience here has been fantastic from the friendly staff and even the customers I've chatted with on many occasions.
Olivia's knowledge, experience, and customer service are phenomenal 👏🏽 Grace has always been very agreeable and pleasant.

I know for a fact Gina has to be in her 30’s. She is very unprofessional and displays poor leadership skills. She plays favoritism with all the employees. Then play them against each other for hours on the schedule. From what I saw, it’s alot of unethical behavior going on at this Subway location.
