I love Smoothie King and the people in there know me. It feels good to be recognized when you walk into a place and are great by name. I will say what else is awesome is, I would go to the Coit location in Plano and the people there knew me and knew my order which was nice. One of the employees, Valerie was working at the coit store and transferred to the one by my house on Campbell and Collins and she recognized me. When I walked in, she greeted me and remembered my order from going to the other store. Awesome customer s we revise and their employees rock. Smoothie King is one of my favorite places to go to and being recognized when walking in at various locations feels good. This tells me that the turn over there is non existant at times and they have the same employees they have had for quite sometime. They do a great job and the smoothies are great. Read moreI came in on 11/3/21 with some coworkers to grab a few smoothies. The employee was in the back and took her time coming to the front (older Latina woman). When she came out she was slow in taking my order and when I went to redeem a coupon for a smoothie sample she asked which of the two I wanted. I stated that I wanted the regular orange and she asked which of the two I wanted again. She then started to act like I was annoying her and rolled her eyes when I told her that I just wanted the regular smoothie. This is unacceptable. When i requested that’s not what i ordered she started to argue and not listen. Finally after back and forth I got a horrible smoothie and paid $12 for a horrible experience.
