Worst customer service from a staff crew named "Arturo". He has very poor communication skills. I made a Doordash Pickup order and app said it should be ready within 10mins. Got to the store drive thru 12 minutes later to pick up, showed my app order, Arturo said that my order isn't there. I asked what he meant and he mentioned 3 names and said that my order isn't there. I asked if I need to park and wait he just said what can he do my order is not there. Finally decided to park and waited another 2 minutes before coming inside the store (it was raining so hard). Came in and there was still 2 orders in the counter and I looked, saw my name in one of them. I told Arturo this is my order pointing to one of the bags that has a receipt. The receipt said PickUpMarie H. Doordash. He clearly didn't read the receipt because his defense was, "usually the order just has a name on it" he was very dismissive and just told me to take my order with me. I didn't have the energy to confront him anymore because my order is already cold with just dealing with him and he clearly didn't want to apologize for the inconvenience he has caused not reading through the orders and not listening to the customer. Read moreI arrived a little before 10am, which is apparently when they change over to the lunch menu. They wouldn't serve me, because I didn't want breakfast. They tried to tell me it was to prevent cross contamination, even though they cook on a grill at 400 degrees, and you only need to strike an INTERNAL temp of 165 to avoid food poisoning; which basically means there's no way to cross contaminate in this instance on a 400 degree grill, unless they undercook the patties. I've never had a place refuse to serve me over 15 lousy minutes. Waste of my time. I'm done with Wendy's. Jack In The Box down the road will let you order what you want, whenever you want. Don't waste your time at this Wendy's.

Read moreI hope the Mgr will see this. Today, I went in to get a late lunch around 2pm. The young black girl that was at the counter and took my order, really needs to pay attention to what people order and take the order as such. I don't like holding up the line but when I got back to my office, I should have. 1st......I asked for a Double Stack with may, tom, and cheese ONLY. I was going to order a drink but she took a meal combo, which I did not want AND there was mus, onion, ket, and pickles.......NONE of which I EVER eat on a burger.......also the fries were not fresh and had no salt. What happened...? This is about the 3rd time I have gone in and she did not get my order correct. Do I need to go elsewhere to get lunch...? I would rather not because my office is right across the street but this is getting old and I am sure that I am no the ONLY person that she does this to.
