I will never grace this location again. My colleague placed an online order, and she offered to pick up two other orders for coworkers, one of which was called in under my colleague's name, and the other of which was an online order under a different name. My colleague came back after picking up the orders to realize that they had failed to include one. She tried calling the location to resolve and find a solution, but the manager she was speaking to, Tim, continued to interrupt her and was extremely rude. I took over the call to attempt to explain to him the method and names on the orders. He interrupted me at least twice, and when I tried to interject to tell him I was trying to explain, he spoke over me again, saying, "I'm done talking to you," after which he hung up on me.
Needless to say, I was pretty miffed at being hung up on. I drove up to the location, as my colleague still had not received her food or a refund, and when I arrived, there was Tim behind the register. I asked if he was the manager, and he immediately started raising his voice to me in front of the customers. I requested his manager's name, and he snidely replied, "You're looking at him." I asked him if it was a franchise location in the attempts to get some kind of information about who his supervisor was, and that's when he finally gestured over to another gentleman, Mark (I assume he was a District or Regional Manager).
I was trying to explain to Mark the situation, but Tim continued to talk over and loudly exclaim, "That's not how the end of that conversation went at all!" I looked at Mark and requested that he and I continue the conversation without the presence of Tim, as there was nothing productive coming out of my interaction with Tim. Tim made a dismissive motion with his hand and said something snarky about getting out of his way or his line.
After having a mature (thank goodness) discussion with Mark and having an opportunity to fully explain the orders that money was spent on, Mark turned around, and, lo and behold, my colleague's completed order was sitting on the expo ledge, where it had been the whole time...
Mark did a good job of handling my concerns, but Tim should not be a manager, as he is incapable of the smallest level of professionalism. If Tim would've turned around and looked while on the phone with me, this whole situation (and subsequent review) could've been avoided.
Needless to say, all of my colleagues and I will never return to...
Read moreThis review is for Nick. I'm not sure if he was a manager or not, but he certainly took charge and helped me quickly and with a smile. After a long day with two whiney kids, i placed an order for the Mac and cheese with curbside pickup. Well, in my haste and desperation, I ordered from the wrong location. I received a call from them letting me know they didn't see my car. Ugh, my kid started crying when i said i wasn't going to order another one and pay twice for something i didn't get. Then i felt guilty and got the two kids out of the car and went into the restaurant to order. Nick greeted me and asked how i was doing. I said, I'm ok and then proceeded to tell him i ordered from the wrong restart and was told i couldn't cancel. He swiftly asked my last name and said he would get it taken care of. Within about 1minute he had a the order ready for my kids and i. It seems small, but man, i really needed that little assist today. Thank you so much, Nick!! You are an asset to Noodles and Company and will likely be an asset to whatever you decide to do...
Read moreA post for loved ones, friends, co-workers, or probably business officials may be done through Twitter, Facebook, and Yelp. And it is crucial to consider the letter count or the number of actual characters in the text. What you say may not matter as how you said it and the number of characters you intend to use. And many online users worry about word count. In social media sites, efficiency also comes down to lettercount. For instance, Twitter now allows a 280 character limit, which has been raised from only 140 previously. This is to show you what 280 letters / characters look like, which is ungenerous to compose all your thoughts. So if you...
