UPDATE: it's been 5 days, I emailed, they responded promptly with what looks like an automatic email. I still have yet to have anything resolved about my non delivered items, my burnt food and cold, hard pizza, and they still fully charged me and no refund. No further communications received from this location or from the main company located in Hurst, per the email. Such a shame. Initial Post: What a disappointment...so glad I paid via PayPal to be able to dispute this mess. Ordered before 8:30 pm tonight and it is now 12:04 am and I have still yet to get my full order. Contacted driver immediately who hung up each time. Called location and was on auto hold for nearly 30 minutes. Spoke to young man finally at about 10:30 pm that was going to have someone deliver our chocolate lava crunch cakes that was left off of our delivery and also credit my order for the burnt Gluten Free pizza that was cold and hard. No one had arrived by 11:20 pm so I called back and the young man said that they were short on drivers and he didn't know where my order was and said it might even still be on the delivery racks. I asked if he could check and he said he didn't know and they only had 2 drivers and all these deliveries to get out. I mentioned they were scheduled to close at 12am and asked would I be getting my order before then or after and he said yah I hope so. I asked him to confirm we would be getting g our order and he said yah...it's probably still on the racks. Well, it's now 12:09 am and no one has answered nor delivered our order. I've been on auto hold since 11:57 pm and assume this business basically just stole from us and has no intentions to fulfill our order placed over 3 hours ago. Unacceptable. Additionally, the other pizzas we did order were stale and cold, underbaked in center, no buttery crust...just dry and gross. Kids ate very late, and super bummed. Read moreWhen the pizza man delivered my pizza on Nov 8th between 9-10pm, he was extremely rude. I had accidently dropped a 20$ bill on my way to the front door from my bedroom. I didnt give him the correct amount (but thought i did not realizing the 20 dropped when i rushed out of my room) so instead of being professional informing me the amount was inccorect he said “umm i need more money”, so i assumed maybe i was off a couple of dollars so i went into my purse (which was in the kitchen) to get a few more dollars. I came back to give it to him. Then he said “do you not know how to count because this still isnt enough” after that i said “how much are you saying i owe you” he told me the amount which i thought i gave him so i thought okay maybe i left it on my desk and found the 20 on the floor. During this time my cat got out of the house. The very rude and unprofessional driver didnt say anything about the cat getting out, nor gave me back the extra money that i gave him. I even asked for the additional amount back and he looked at me then walked away. When i called the store to report this issue the manager didnt act like she cared or was concerened. She said she would talk to her staff, but from the tone of voice on the phone i could tell she wasnt going to talk to the staff. All i got was “oh im sorry” after she argued with me asking if i had the right store. Never ever will i order dominos again just because this store is the only one that delivers to my adress and i refuse to order from this location ever again. Read moreThis is by far this worst Dominos location I’ve ever experience. I live 5 min from this location and on 2 different occasions I’ve received a phone call 30 min after placing the order with the workers informing me that there are no pizza delivery employees available to deliver our pizza. This was not to big of a inconvenience besides me trying to take care of the things that was needed to be taken care of at the house. So I informed them I was fine with picking up the pizza. Then the employee informed me the order wouldn’t be ready for another 30 min. (A total of a hour so far). I arrive at dominoes when they informed me it would be ready only to be handed 2 pizzas that have huge burnt bread bubbles located in the center of both pizzas. I did not catch this issue until I arrived at the house(yes I should’ve checked the pizzas but was just trying to hurry and get home to feed my three children. After seeing the poor quality of the pizzas I immediately took three slices out that were not burnt so my kids could at least eat something and took the rest of the pizza back to Dominos to have this issue resolved. The lady that claimed to be the GM of this location neglected to provide the customer service that any normal individual would expect to receive. I would never recommend anyone ordering anything from this location. I do not expect premium service from this Corporation.
