McDonald's — Restaurant in Richland Township

I ordered a meal for my daughter and myself which came out to be around $15. My daughters apples were out of date and slimy and my sandwich was thrown together and had no pickles. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager who wrote down my name and address. She told me that a few coupons would be sent in the mail because of the mistake. I waited two weeks and never received anything in the mail. I called again and spoke to the same manager who stated once again they would be sent out. It has now been over another week and I haven't received anything. I understand mistakes happen, but when I pay 15 dollars for fast food I expect my order to be correct and the food to be in date. I also expect honesty that the situation would have been taken care of. Very disappointed at the lack of professionalism and dishonesty, especially from a manager. I know it might not be a big deal and laughed off by the employees, but if people are paying 15 dollars for fast food at your store, take pride in your job and do it correctly as you would expect the same service in return if you were ordering...

Very sloppy and unprofessional..worst McDonald's I've ever been to...this is my reciept....my small fry only had half the amount in them that's suppose to be..wasnt even the normal amount of ketchup on hamburger let alone extra...the pies didnt have time stamps on them to even know if they were expired...pretty sure they were they were cold n she never got them out of the pie heater so they obviously were setting out...my drink had to be made twice bc she put caramel all over it n thought it was ok...its a mocha, suppose to be all chocolate...n lastly...the whole crew looked sloppy n unprofessional...not one had their shirt tucked in n the one had a shirt on that was 5 sizes too big, looked like a damn dress....n she also had some zip up hoodie on on top of that n clearly wasnt a mcdonalds jacket....I will...

Wanted to make a quick a stop because I was in the process of moving. My friend ran in to order because there were about 4 cars at the drive thru. and employee said I'll be with you in a minute and walked away. A little later another employee walked by saying I'll be with you in a minute and walked away. Then the first employee that spoke to him just walked past saying nothing. They didn't seem to be doing anything or waiting on customers in the Drive-Thru. We didn't have time or want to wait so we went next door to Burger King. While we were in there we heard three other people go through the drive-thru and say they got tired of waiting at McDonald's so they drove over to Burger King. I don't know what their problem was but I know I will not be going back to that McDonald's. Burger King is much...
