I would like to give a higher rating but this place is so hit or miss!! We got two pizzas last night for takeout. One was a supreme and one was plain cheese, both extra large. These workers need training on how to make pizzas properly. They spread the crust out real thin in the middle and there’s so much outer crust, which doesn’t make sense to me. Our plain pizza was so thin, dry and disappointing. Probably the most disappointing we’ve ever got from here. There was hardly any sauce on it. We also got two extra large cheese for my parents and they said theirs were the same way. One of the worst they’ve ever eaten. Some cooks just do not know how to make pizzas properly here. This restaurant has a lot of potential to make great pizzas, because we got great pizzas from this place, in the past. This is the most consistently, inconsistent pizza place. Also, the pizzas are never cut good & crazily uneven. One piece will be like 5 inches wide while another one will be like 1 inch wide. I would like to give more stars, but this place is so inconsistent. You never know if you’re going to get good pizzas or dry, skimpy pizzas. They need to measure out their ingredients if they don’t know how to make pizzas properly. Sometimes there’s so much toppings on it, it’s very filling and other times there’s hardly any toppings.The half-price pizza days are a great deal though. With that said, I would never buy a regular priced pizza from this place. So we’ll be taking a break from this place again. Most of the wait...

Went on a Tuesday for half price (dine in) pizza. Did have to wait 45 minutes from ordering to receiving our pizza (they were packed) however the window near the pizza makers was great for my 4 and 2 year olds to keep them occupued! Every worker in there was moving and working as fast as they could. After 20 minutes of my kiddos watching the pizzas being made, they got bored and eventually starting running all around the restaurant, my 4 year old even made some friends with other kids who were watching the pizza. After the 6th time of my son not listening and running around the packed restaurant, I seen the manager lady go up to my son, I was so embarrassed and I thought for sure she would ask me to control them or leave. To my surprise, she told my son, if you go ahead and sit down, ill bring you a surprise to your table! A few mins later she returns with 2 small plates and 2 pizza doughs. Absolutely genius! My kids never got back up again! They played with their pizza dough until our pizzas finally came. This is truly a FAMILY restaurant. This is why I dont go out to eat much because its hard to occupy children for the long wait when they are hungry and tired from school all day. The staff was so kind and did not look frustrated by my tired and bad kids lol. That Absolutely made my day and ill be making Tuesdays our new pizza day, and hopefully with better behaved children :o) you...

I didn’t even get to order any food. I called the restaurant to see if they had an online menu. The woman I spoke to was so nice, told me the website, and what there specials were. So anyways, I get off the phone to look at the menu. I called back to check what sizes of fries and chicken tenders they had, so I could figure out what I can order. The woman who answered was different. I asked what size tenders they have, she told me chicken tenders only come in the kids meal. So then I asked what size fries they have, she then says “Okay, chicken tenders and fries kids meal.”. TRYING to rush me off of the phone. We were literally on the phone for less than a minute. So, then I said again, no I’m wondering what sizes of fries you have, she ignores what I said again and said something else continuing to get me off of the phone. I just said never mind and got off of the phone.

I work in customer service, and would never rush anyone like that. I would also just answer what they asked, because then the phone call would be done quicker. If you work in customer service it’s your literal job to be kind to people, especially if the customer is being kind to you.
