Had another incident with the drive thru. Had two orders, separate one was fresco, because of an allergic reaction to cheese. The other was regular. The problem is the bags are sealed with a discussing sticker on top. I had the tear open the package rip open each sandwich to see if it had cheese or not...

Why not have separate paper wrappers with what is inside? That would make life very un stressful. Very low on sauces too. One per bag... childish. They can not be...

My daughter and I placed a 60+ dollar order on Saturday night. This was the WORST food all the way around. They forgot my fries first of all, my daughter's were cold and old. Her tacos were cold My quesadilla was cold and made with chicken that tasted old Fiesta potatoes were old and cold my entire order was inedible. I reached out to their customer service only to get a reply of ONE FREE ITEM in hopes this would "smooth things over" perhaps not! One FREE ITEM after they completely messed up anf served me and old 60.00 plus order. The Galleria taco bell needs to either follow suit with the Galleria Mall or get PEOPLE THAT WANT TO WORK AND ACTUALLY DO THIER JOB. Every time I visit this location, the staff is so friendly! I mean, above and beyond friendly. Whether it is in the afternoon or midnight, the staff is outstanding. My order is never wrong, it’s never just thrown together like other locations. I will drive out of my way to go to this location. One thing that always stands out to me is a time I forgot to order something, I asked at the window if I could order it but the line was super long so I offered to drive back around to pay/pick up. I decided to run in instead and when I did, the girl met me at the counter and handed the bag to me and said have a good day. She refused to take a payment even though it was...
