Out of all the popular fast food chain mobile apps this one has to be the worst. Constant freezing makes it nearly impossible to complete an order without frustration. I went there today and got a chicken sandwich. I was told to wait by the front so they could fresh cook my fries. 5 minutes go by and I receive my meal. I check my sandwich and there’s a hair in it and the bottom bun had a piece of mold on it. It was absolutely disgusting. I threw it out when I got back to work and decided to eat out of a vending machine. I usually don’t have any problems with this location. I went to this Burger King to redeem my mobile order coupon that wasn’t working on the app, I go into the store and I’m greeted by the manager. She has me retry to app, which doesn’t work, and proceeds to tell me she can’t change the price on her own or make any exceptions to honor the discount for a valued customer.
