Went into this location for an online pickup and all of the associates were assisting customers. I waited patiently (my turn being next) and after one of the associates finished up with her customer instead of assisting me her friends walked right inside which she proceeded to hug them and started a conversation. Her friend must have realized I was next to be assisted because she whispered to the associate which then looked back at me and continued her conversation. The stores supervisor ended up helping me with my order instead. I purchased four items for pickup all being gifts to four different family members. The supervisor advised she could not wrap them in the boxes that the charms could be displayed in when purchasing because I did not physically purchase the items in store. She also stated that my items that were purchased online for pickup came from THERE IN STORE INVENTORY so Iām confused as why I was getting so much push back. She further more stated if I went to the West county shopping center she heard from another customer that they would just give me the gift boxes so I could try there because theyāre not franchised. If thatās the case and again you pulled my purchased items from your inventory why so much push back on some cardboard boxes. Iām pretty sure if it was her family member or friend she would want her gifts displayed beautifully. I felt like since I purchased my items online I wasnāt given the same customer service as a customer purchasing in the store. This particular experience on Friday, May 5, 2023 was by far one of the worse experiences I have ever encountered. I made a purchase and the employee who was assisting apparently made a mistake and somehow did not properly complete the transaction, and informed me to return tomorrow with my receipt to get the bracelet I was entitled to due to my spend. I found that odd and stated that would not suffice. After spending an hour in the store imagine my surprise when they stated that there seems to be a problem on their end with transaction and that it will take 3-5 business days to refund the money and would not be able to give us the items we were charged for because it showed void on their end. Immediately called the financial institution and they confirmed that the debit was made and the transaction is pending. Fast forward to 4 business days later, the funds are still not in my account and I had to repurchase the items as they were a gift and this matter has yet to be resolved. The employee at the store who identified herself as the Store Manager Rachel refused to give me her managers name or the corporate office number to expedite the handling of this situation. Therefore, it left me no choice but to post and next go to social media as well as BBB or small claims court if this matter is not resolved...

First off I felt like we were profiled from the moment we walked in. We both have tattoos and I have bright colored hair. The sales associate stopped us as we walked in, Can I help you? No smile, very rude. I show him the photo of the Cupid charm and heās like well we only had 2 left so i donāt know and asked another associate if they had it. They still had two left and I say I would like to buy one. Mind you we were the only people making a purchase, there was no line only like 3 other people in the store staring at the case but not buying anything. He asked if I needed anything else? I said yes can you please wrap it I will pay. He said oh we donāt wrap it when we have a line with people waiting (there was no line) he said we only wrap it if you buy the item early thatās the reward you get for shopping early. So Iām paying $70 for a charm and you canāt wrap it? Uh okay. Anyway the sales associate, didnāt catch his name because he never said it and it wasnāt on the receipt.
