Hi just want to say something from my bad experience was shopping here,,
When i just got first come in, no oneās greeting me⦠but the other customer come in they greeting because they are american? and im not? Its kinda rasist to me but not this point , im no worries about this.
after i selection the shirt etc, some staff just always follow me every single time i go, made me feel uncomfortableā¦
I know i try some shirt etc took long time, but the end of that i bought that!!
when i just pay all items that i bring , they whispered each other that he/she talking bad to me , when i already paid, he give me a broken/hole bag , that is totally cannot acceptable!!! I ask them to change it, they said dont have the another, what kind of h&m doesnāt t have more paper bag??? He do it on purpose to made me feel bad!
I keep paid that said thanks and left, but here i go, GOOD PLACE but BAD SERVICE

I even walked into the fitting room to look for an employee to help me find a shirt in an alternate size, and she locked wyes with me from the mirror in the fitting room and ignored me. I had to grab someone leaving the backroom to help me and even then, he was not happy to help in any manner. As I waited for hide to return to let me know if the shirt was in stock, I noticed a mass amount of employees exiting the back room. Again, zero engagement, even as I lock eyes and smile. They all grouped in the fitting room. Again, no one on the actual sales floor.
I understand this is a ābig boxā retailer of sorts, but the complete lack of customer service...
