The food was good. I do wish the cherry turnover was warm but the staff and customer service was terrible. The first thing that got me was that there was no greeting at all when I pulled up to the drive through to order. There wasn't a hold on or anything, so after a few minutes of no one saying anything and me saying hello, I just pulled forward. I normally would give people more time to respond but there were only a couple of cars in the parking lot, which could have been questionable due to the business next door. So I wasn't sure if Arby's was open. Then when I pull up, and tending to leave, I'm blocked in by apparently someone who had been helped and I was trapped into waiting. If I hadn't had to wait an additional over 5 minutes for that person to just get their food, I would have just left and went somewhere else. But since I did wait, when I pulled up to the actual window to order, I was greeted by confused and irritated looking staff. They wanted to know why I didn't order at the regular drive-thru. I told them I said hello and there was silent from the other end, to which one of them muttered in disbelief and turn and just walked away. The other girl at least smiled and asked what she could get me. She was nice enough but handed me my bag and turned with nothing more before I could even say have a good night to her. Usually, it's supposed to be the other way around. I didn't take this too hard but I was a bit annoyed that there was absolutely no napkins in the bag. I had already started on the road, so I wasn't going to go back. I'm very disappointed in this Arby's. Trying to initiate acknowledgement of us being there. So we pulled around, a guest was being taken care of, when we pulled to the window, a short blonfmd girl came up and responded what do u want? Like what kind of customer service is that?? After we made our order, the blonde girl proceeded to outburst her feelings about the kitchen being slow is why she could not even greet us, my wife then asked if there was a problem, the blonde girl responded back that we are lucky she even took our order she could of made of drive back around. My wife asked for the gm or store owners information, the manager I assume came poking her head out with an attitude by then, the blonde girl ripped her name tag off and the manager did not have one on as well. They refused to give us the information that was requested, the other gal, i think her name was nyia was sweet apologized and my wife asked her the same question and she acted scared to give us any information. If this is how this establishment is willing to treat customers, I don't think they should be open. Unless they perform some major staff changing with good customer service experience. I am a manager at a local dealership, and if I ever hear one of my employees talk or treat a customer in that manner, i would immediately terminate them. My mom decided she wanted 6 fish meals with fries and she got a jamocha shake and I ordered a chocolate shake they asked are you sure you want six fish meals my mom said yes then they asked if mom wanted fries with everyone of them she said yes they said are you sure she said yes I want six fries with my six fish meals then they asked about the other 5 drinks after me and mom ordered our shakes and mom said no other drinks just the fish and fries and 2 shakes they also didn't give a receipt for the first order and when they brought out everything they only brought my mom her shake and 1 fries with fish and 5 fish and they were confused as to why we were confused and tried to say we never ordered what we did even though they confirmed multiple times at the box and yet still screwed up the order and charged almost 50$ on first order and then charged another 15$ for the extra fries they didn't add to our food and I had to also ask where my chocolate shake was. either the company needs to fix the voice box at drive thru or someone needs to investigate the people at the store to make sure that they are not ripping off/robbing...
