edited to 1 star Watch your cc bill for fraud! This place was almost a weekly place for us, now they have lost our business due to fraud and poor service. I will detail some of that below .
We recently had an unauthorized add tips on our order one for an additional 34% on a pick up inside the store. For reference, the app doesn’t even give you an option to tip if you are picking up inside the store and pre paying. Someone inside the store felt they needed to take themselves a tip, so they added it to the receipt apparently. I stopped and talked to an assistant manager who was going to hand off the message to the store manager, and they were supposed to get back to me. They never did. I had to file with my credit card to get the charge reversed. This is fraud and People should be held accountable for that.
Next issue, orders are frequently, not on time. Now, if you order a delivery, that’s a different experience there. Deliveries are usually pretty consistently on time. What I’m talking about is a pick up in store where you arrive, the app is telling you it should be ready, and you still have to wait a half an hour + to get your pizza. I’ll even add extra time to when I go in or I will order the pizza hours ahead for a specific pick up time, and they still get it wrong.
Final addition, orders have been consistently wrong lately. I’ve had multiple times where I’ve gotten somebody else’s pizzas. I had one time where all of the toppings were missing from a pizza. We get wrong toppings, wrong crust, ect., and it’s unacceptable. This place really needs to step it up.
Looking at recent reviews, it looks like they are plenty of people having similar issues. Issues with Pick up times, issues with the quality of their food, wrong orders. Let’s see if they get it fixed
Ordered food online last night which included a pizza, Caeser Salad, lava cakes and soda. I got the food delivered and told the kids their food was here and grabbed my salad to eat my dinner only to discover my salad was rotten. So rotten in fact that it had brown liquid inside the container. I called the store immiedetly and the girl who answered the phone had the audacity to laugh under her breath but loud enough for me to hear her and stop mid sentence to ask her why this situation was so funny. She then tells me they don't issue refunds but could offer store credit or bring me a new salad. If you had seen this salad, the last thing u would want is either of those two option. In order for this salad to be so fermented it had broke down into brown liquid, it had to be sitting for a very long time...by long, I mean weeks! I asked for the manager which she replied was not available, I asked for their number in which she replied she didnt have it so I asked for the corporate number and recieved the same statement. Then I was placed on hold and after a few minutes she informed me I was being brought back my money for the salad. Fantastic, but still doesn't solve the fact that your store and its employees could care less about anything and delivered a rotten salad. Anyone with eyes and a nose (u could smell it thru the seal wrap!) could tell that it had soured a long time ago. If u have salads like this sitting in your store, what other foods do u have in your store that u cook with and deliver to your customers!?! You obviously care nothing about your customers if you are willing to serve what u just served me and God knows what u have served...
Read moreMy family eats pizza almost every week. We frequently order from Domino’s, as it’s a great balance of price and taste. I have had the opportunity to regularly eat at Domino’s across the country. This store is a solid 4.5 stars. I rounded up to 5 for their customer service. The pizzas are delicious and flavorful and well-baked/fresh. I only order carry-out so I cannot speak of delivery issues. This store is clean, and the customer service is good. The store gets VERY busy so I have learned to order early to avoid the weekend crush. That being said, I have absolutely had to wait for at least an hour for my pizza if I order after 5pm. I think the biggest issue this location has is that it just has one double oven. It limits how many pizzas can go in at once, and it takes about 8 minutes for them to bake. Even with a conveyor belt, the pizzas get backed up. Usually their inside staffing is good (not sure about drivers). I have witnessed this happen twice and the shift manager is always gracious and deals with the issue appropriately. The other issue I have dealt with is that I order plain crusts, without seasoning, and a few times they have accidentally put seasoning on (it’s the default order to have it). Both times they caught it before it was given to me. Once they remade it, and the second time, I told them it was okay as is. All in all, it’s a great location, and I’m very satisfied with my carry out orders. I think the main issue that comes up for people is when the store gets slammed on weekend nights, and then the pizzas are delayed. They do have a dine-in option (tables to sit at)...
