I never had service so poor, rude, and distasteful at VCU Hospital chick-fil-a until this afternoon 6/14/25. The cashier "Nae Nae" refused to take orders at the register (which had NO line) and wanted customers to use the kiosk which was heavily backed up at the time. Unfortunately, due to TODAYS demographics at the hospital, a lot of customers were elderly, did not know how to use the kiosk, or wanted to pay with cash. Also, the kiosk menu did not reflect what was available. With a total of 5 staff members that could be seen ( 2 cooks, 1 cashier and I'm not sure what the other 2 were doing), yet NO one to help the customers at the kiosk. At this point I decided to go back to the register to order a meal and the cashier "Nae Nae" proceeded to take an order behind me even though I was next in line. When other customer spoke up on my behalf "Nae Nae" became even more agitated. She continue to be discourteous towards each and every customer that she served. As I was leaving she blatantly stated to her other employees that she "did not care" and "the customers were the problem". Read moreI have been eating at Chick-Fil-A for over 15 years and was shocked at what happened while ordering at this location on 8-19-19. I placed my order but at end I forgot to add 2 slices of American cheese to my sandwich. I had not paid for my food yet so cashier said it would be extra charge which was fine. She then proceeded to yell back to kitchen and manager she forgot to tell me to add the cheese which was her her fault(me) so how am I supposed to do this. Yelled back two more times to back it was my fault for forgetting the cheese and I already rang order in . The manager and her went on for about another minute on how it was a huge inconvenience to them that they had to figure out how to add two slices of cheese. Then the manager said well we will have to void the entire order and start over it had already been about 5 minutes do I said never mind. The fries and tea were good but my sandwich without cheese was the worst I have eaten in 15 years. Dry thin and horrible. Avoid this location at all costs!!! Chick-Fil-A should not associate their name with this location. Rude...
Read moreFound a horrible Chick-fil-A, didn’t think that was possible. Gateway building MCV jawn. That said, I’ll give them a pass. The lady complained her drink was messed up, I was behind her and clearly heard what she axed for. The employee fixed it with attitude, and after the customer left...they cursed and called her a racist IN FRONT of other paying customers. The customer was super nice. My order even got messed up too....jawn was the fried jawn instead of grilled.....but you know what I did. I’ll work it off later. Bigger picture though, it shows you the mentality of the world. You disagree or say someone did something wrong....and speak up....you’re racist. Sad times, truly sad times. The employee messed up twice, but in her mind....she’s dishing out Perfection. Not the values of Chick Fil A therefore employee should...
