I have been very impressed after two visits to the department. The care was superb - as a patient quality control professional, the safety checks were by the book. Moreover, staff explained things in a way I could understand instructions and helped take away my worry before and during the visit. Additionally, it's a thankless job to be at the front desk, attempting to get payment from patients who obviously can face large bills. Absolutely amazing experience!!! The registration clerk, Juanita was so so wonderful! She made the check in process such an easy experience and we talked like we had known each other for years! The RN,Michelle, that took my boyfriend back talked him through the entire process and assured him everything would be okay was heaven sent! People are nice but the wait and efficiency are ridiculous. Very little information on what to expect and hours and hours of waiting without anyone checking in.
