I usually have fairly decent service at this Panera but honestly if there were other options I would definitely go elsewhere for food when I’m working night shift. The lady who was tasked with running the cash register on 9/10 at midnight had a HORRIBLE attitude. She did not make any eye contact, was nasty when I asked her if they were out of the Cobb Salad as the self-service checkout wasn’t allowing me to check out and I noticed she rolled her eyes at a nurse who simply came up to ask if he had missed his name being called for his meal. Read moreThe Staff in this panera has been nothing but amazing. My son has been in the hospital for 2 weeks and every night the staff has been kind with excellent service and attitude. Specially the shift manager Abby she always greets me with a smile and by this point she already knows what I get. Her attention to details and care for her customer is what everyone working in customer service should aspire too. The staff as a whole take pride in their job and make sure the order is accurate and make it taste good. The only thing I would like better is the resupply on their menu because they run out of things...
