Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Richmond

If I could leave no stars, I would. I'm gonna say, this particular Starbucks was very disappointing. The drink that I ordered was all wrong as if they glanced at only the name of the drink and not the details that go into it. That's why I come to Starbucks and am a very loyal customer. Starbucks makes their drinks especially for people who have health concerns and I am one. I am borderline diabetic and I asked for no Carmel drizzle and what did I find, Carmel at the bottom of my drink. It's not that hard to read an order coming through especially full staffed, 2 costumers inside, and only 3 cars in the drive through. I'm glad I caught this before a sugar spike. Also, the staff looks bored to where they cant even see me walk in until im at the counter. No wonder this place is never crowded. I won't be going back for the safety of my health. I will take my business to the Starbucks in Kroger or the one on the highway next time. Thank you Starbucks for making me realize I need to be more careful in selecting locations when visiting...

I made a mobile order through the drive thru and waited a few minutes before going in line. The line was pretty long (which is expected) but it was going by more quickly than usual and I asked for my order. The lady sounded annoyed and said, “You ordered this 3 minutes ago. We ask you wait for 5 but you can go I guess.” By the time I got to the window it had been 10 minutes and I got my order (iced mocha with a cheese danish) but they only handed me a hot coffee. I’m usually shy but they were already rude so I asked about my cheese danish and iced mocha. She said “oh yeah be right back” and rolled her eyes. She handed me a cheese danish that was cold and that was it. They didn’t seem like there was that many people inside and no one was behind me in line. Hot day today and the drive thru was FOREVER LONG. The lady in front of us was very rude to the girl at the window as we sat and watched the woman send her drink back and sat and made demands. (Mind you it is HOT and the sun is beaming right on that drive thru window) the girl at the window was red headed, with a huge smile on her face the whole time. We finally got to the window and told her she was doing a great job and was better than we were. I didn't catch her name, but she had a huge smile on her face when you can tell she was VERY overwhelmed and it had been a busy day. THAT GIRL NEEDS A RAISE!! It honestly upset my husband that after all the time and demands the woman in the car in front of us had over A CUP OF COFFEE, she didn't even tip that cashier.
