If I could leave no stars, I would. I'm gonna say, this particular Starbucks was very disappointing. The drink that I ordered was all wrong as if they glanced at only the name of the drink and not the details that go into it. That's why I come to Starbucks and am a very loyal customer. Starbucks makes their drinks especially for people who have health concerns and I am one. I am borderline diabetic and I asked for no Carmel drizzle and what did I find, Carmel at the bottom of my drink. It's not that hard to read an order coming through especially full staffed, 2 costumers inside, and only 3 cars in the drive through. I'm glad I caught this before a sugar spike. Also, the staff looks bored to where they cant even see me walk in until im at the counter. No wonder this place is never crowded. I won't be going back for the safety of my health. I will take my business to the Starbucks in Kroger or the one on the highway next time. Thank you Starbucks for making me realize I need to be more careful in selecting locations when visiting...
Read moreThe last three times I have been here each experience got worse. The first experience, one of the baristas wanted to argue with me that cold brew, and chai. Tea latte were the same thing, which I don’t think I need to convince anybody on here that they are indeed not the same thing? My second experience they got my order wrong, gave me coffee …..which ironically I don’t drink coffee and tried to tell me it was a hot chocolate which again I don’t think I need to defend on how those two are not the same thing. Now the third time which was today I go in to order my drink and a danish only to be told that the café is not taking any orders at that time. If you were going to work at a Starbucks….. and a terrible one at that, the least you can do is have good customer service. I have been to my fair share of Starbucks across the United States and I have to say this one in particular is probably hands-down the worst Starbucks from quality to customer experience...
Read moreFor some reason at this location specifically, a certain employee working the drive through has a personal unwillingness towards making a double chocolate chip Frappuccino. Though this drink has been removed from the menu, it can still be ordered at every other location I’ve been to as a custom order. However, if you try to order it here they’ll claim they can’t make it and just say that the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frap is “similar.” Again, every other location I’ve been to (at least 5 others) since the chocolate chip frap was removed from the menu has been able to make it upon request. I’m not sure what his reason was for refusing to make it and then claiming they don’t have the ingredients but at least there is an alternate Starbucks location in Richmond. I’d...
