I came with my my family to Starbucks and the cap did not fit. Huge disappointment, waste of all time and money, 1 star. From here on out I have given up on all of my hopes and dreams. My family is barley holding together after this incident. My soul has been crushed just like the opportunities that would have lied ahead if not for this horrific event. This situation has led me to the conclusion that all food joints, local and international, are not to be trusted. I am keeping my children safe from the scary industry that is food. About the quality of the plastic lid thatâs has made me loose all hope in this world: it was like any other plastic cup, with the clique that comes after placing the lid on the brim of a cup. That reassuring click that makes you know that everything is going to be OK. You did pick up the cup and tilt it an angle ready to take a delicious sip, but then suddenly you hear the click again, a danger sign, a warning!! The cap then proceeds to fall off, but I, with my excellent reflexes, place the cup back down on the table as the lid plummets to the ground.
To sum it all up: soul crushed, dreams ruined, family and shambles, all do to the faulty lid on the Starbucks cups.

Not only have I had several orders done incorrectly, but the customer service is the absolute worst I have ever had ANYwhere in my life. I never leave bad reviews. Half the time if you order a venti they donât put a venti worth of liquid in the cup. The employees have a history of discrimination against customers that donât share their âpolitical viewsâ. Been told on multiple occasions that âwe donât have time to fix your drinkâ after they have messed it up. Customers that place orders 20 minutes after you receive their drinks first.
