Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Ridgeland

I’d give you 00000 if it was possible- The reason for that is YOUR employees. Rude- doesn’t wear gloves- no hairnets-RUDE! To be busy on the phones and talking to pay attention to the money being paid. I could of easily driven off tonight without paying the rest, BUT that’s no who I am- so I wait and then when he ask me if I had the change,(while my hand was hanging out my window with it bc he wasn’t paying attention the first time to get it, I said yes- pay attention!) this is a ongoing thing- I work nights and this is convenient. Popeyes before you respond with the generic response that you have everyone else ( I’m going to assume you are AI) I have tried and tried again, I’ve been polite and suggested to your crew- it’s obvious they don’t care- I refuse to go somewhere else as it’s on my way home- I have all the dates we’ve ordered from here and totals- we are paying someone’s minimum wage I’m sure- 👍 Tomorrow I will be calling cooperate- your employees are the face of your company- do better

I find it absolutely ridiculous that I just rolled up to this establishment at 7:59 on Sunday February 12th and I was told that if I wanted chicken I would need to wait 20 minutes. Considering this is a chicken joint and all there is to get is chicken...I can't even fathem why I would need to wait 20 minutes. These people are Infamous for trying to shut down the restaurant two hours in advance while keeping the lights on and acting as though they are operating. The pitiful part is this has happened in the past at this exact same location. Clearly the manager is just sitting on their ass not doing anything with their day or they would hire some new people!!!!!!! Maybe you Geniuses might want to try looking at how many sales are made in the last two hours your establishment is open and you will see you're probably not making very many sales whatsoever because they are telling people you have to wait 20 minutes for chicken. Nobody's going to wait 20 minutes at a chicken joint to get...

First of all I do understand that the air was out tonight and that is horrible conditions for someone to work in especially when the kitchen is already hot. That being said...just because conditions are not idea doesn't mean you have to show it all over your face. Employee at the front counter was very very dry and rude. She wouldn't even acknowledge anyone at the counter till she was ready. They lady in front of me left because she got tired of waiting for them just to say hello. One man waited forget just to get jelly. Girl at counter also kept wipping sweat the whole time while she is fixing food. It took 45 to get an order of ripping chicken. I think she actually forgot to tell cook to drop them. I am a manager and I know this type of customer service is not acceptable. Definitely don't visit this location at night because employees definitely show they don't want...
