Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Rio Rancho

This place is a nightmare. I was so excited to come in today because I saw the facebook Ad for the Smokehouse chicken. I came through drive through and had to repeat my order 3 times while I could hear the cashier laughing and talking to someone before I was ignored. I pulled up to drive through and the cashier said she could not hear me. I reordered and was told they couldnt get me the smokehouse unless I was willing to wait 25 mins then I tried to pay with phone tap but it was not working and was advised it would not work even if I came inside. I pulled up to the entrance and ordered inside and the tap pay worked. I waited 15 mins for my smokehouse. During the wait for my food a couple came in asking for a 10pc dark and the same blonde haired cashier told them if they wanted it they'd have to wait 30mins. The couple hesitantly agreed and the cashier said she also had to ask permission from the manager Alek. She came back to the counter and said there would be no more chicken for the night. Mind you this was an hour and 15 mins before closing. When the couple left the cashier was jumping up and down cheering and saying "YES!" like she was proud she turned them away. As I ate my food the same cashier started wiping down table and cussing into her headset about how I was in the lobby finishing my food. I feel like im in a fever dream of...

I RATE NEGATIVE 100 STARS!!!!! THIS IS THE 3RD & LAST TIME MY FAMILY WILL EVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!! FIRST OFF WE BUY A DECENT AMOUNT EACH TIME WITH A FAMILY MEAL, CHICKEN STRIPS, MIXED CHICKEN, MASHED POTATOES, FRIES & BISCUITS, THE LAST 2 TIMES & THIS EVENING THE CHICKEN IS RAW UNCOOKED IN THE MIDDLE WE BITE INTO ALMOST EVERY PIECE TO FIND RAW, BLOODY CHICKEN!!! THEN WE CALL THE STORE FIRST BEFORE WASTING GAS HAVING TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK BUT NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE WHICH IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE FOR A BUSINESS THAT IS OPEN & RUNNING!!! WE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES IT JUST RINGS & RINGS!!!! THE LAST TIME SAME THING, WE ENDED UP DRIVING ALL THE WAY BACK TO RECEIVE TERRIBLE SERVICE, WE EXPLAINED THE CHICKEN WAS RAW STILL & MISSING FOOD THAT WE ORDERED & PAID FOR ON THE RECEIPT TO BE TOLD WHAT, WHAT DO YOU WANT? SO NO WE WILL NOT WASTE ANY MORE $, GAS & TIME WITH THIS RIDICULOUS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!! HOPEFULLY THEY READ THIS & TRY TO DO BETTER IF NOT THEY PROBABLY DON'T CARE JUST LIKE HOW THEY TREATED US LAST TIME. I JUST HOPE MY FAMILY DOES NOT GET SICK OR ANYONE ELSE OR THEIR FAMILY. THIS IS NOT OKAY TO TAKE PEOPLE'S $ GIVE RAW UNCOOKED CHICKEN OR NOT GIVE THEM FOOD...

Went through the drive-thru around 5:30pm. Person that took my order was friendly. I paid for my food & then the sever hands me our order without saying anything. No, Here’s your order, thank you….nothing. He closed the window and I tapped on the window because they didn’t give me my coke that was part of the combo meal. They opened the window, and said…..you guessed it…nothing. They gal prepared my coke, opened the window and handed it to me…and said nothing. No sorry, here’s your coke, thank you….nothing. After getting home, my wife’s chicken sandwich was cold…and old. You could tell it was made during the lunch hour. My chicken combo, biscuit & side if okra was cold & old as well. Also probably made at lunchtime.
