This visit was the first time I've ever been to an Arby's attached to a Love's (or Lovve's, if my broken memory suits me) and I gotta say, what a TRIP. Skip to paragraph 4 for my experience with their quality and customer service.
The store was divided into four sections: a convenience store, an interstate trucker supply and gift shoppe, an Arby's, and a hygiene station complete with showers. Showers! How cool is that?
In one location, you can encapsulate the needs and wants of an average daily routine, if you count sleeping in your vehicle an on-site commodity. You've got breakfast in the convenience section, clothes in the supply shoppe, lunch and dinner at Arby's, bathrooms and showers complete with complimentary tooth care. You can LIVE here.
Arby's most certainly had the meats, I forget what I ordered (tired) but I remember speedy friendly service, everything you need for a quick bite. The store complex itself was frequently shared with staff members cleaning all surfaces and rooms assuring a germ-free environment, a step above the typical corner store I see in the big cities. Delicious, friendly, and clean - all the factors you need to revive an exhausted traveler's spirits to hit the road safely. I never say this about any gas station (oh yeah there's gas too) but I definitely vwanna come back. Five stars. 🤙

Read moreFirst I waited over 4 minutes for some one to start taking orders. The crew seemed rather frantic for only having two customers, one of which already had their food. Once they finally started taking orders the person at the register was incredibly patient with the elderly woman who seemed to be ordering a fish sandwich for the first time in her life. Eventually I was able to order, when It came out it was missing items. The cashier walked away, not addressing the factbi was a still standing there, or the line of people waiting to order. I told her what was missing and She goes, "oh you wanted (insert missing items here)?" To which I responded yes, that's what I told you when I ordered. She then informed me that she had forgotten that.... They were listed on the receipt though, so they could only be forgotten if you're didn't read. After taking another order, she then walked out the front door to the amazement and confusion of both myself and the gentleman mopping the floor. Somehow, this woman's name tag says shift leader. A young lady came up from the back and got the rest of the line moving again while the shift lead was still MIA outside. She came back in about the time...
Read moreI ordered one of the burgers & asked if they would cook it fresh for me? The cashier went back and told them to cook it fresh. It only took 3 minutes for them to wrap it up & be put on a tray. Then they waited 2 minutes for the fries to be cooked. They handed me the tray & I asked the man (looked like an assistant manager) was this cooked fresh like I asked? He looked me right in the eyes and lied to my face and said it was cooked fresh. I guess "cooked fresh" means when it was actually cooked earlier in the day.
Was totally disappointed that I spent $14 on a burger that was barely warm, NOT COOKED FRESH like the guy who lied to me said it was!
I wouldn't recommend the burgers at Arby's to anyone! Go to a restaurant that makes burgers. Don't waste your money at Arby's!
Just order the roast beef sandwiches, which they are...
