Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ripon

Just stopped by to order.

When I walked in there were 2 individuals making pizza and I was asked if I was there to pickup, so I told them no.

I waited a couple minutes and somebody else walked in and she was there to pickup. The girl finished the ladies order and went back to doing nothing?.

I stood there a couple more minutes and the guy working there directed the girl to the drive thru window, where somebody had just pulled up.

I over heard the conversation and it seems that the person may have called the wrong location, but in any case she went ahead and took his order as well.

At this point I had been there for several minutes and there was no intention or acknowledgement that I was going to have my order taken any time soon so I just walked out.

Common sense out...

I'll start by saying I've been disappointed with the hand tossed $6 medium pizzas in the past. There just doesn't seem to be enough sauce or toppings to make a good pizza, granted it's a two topping pizza for $6. BUT I found that the pan crust upgrade is well worth the extra couple dollars. Menu options are pretty good. Ordering online is simple, and you can even save previous orders for convenience. The fast response time is actually impressive as well. Our order is often ready in around 10 minutes, and the drive through pickup is easy. Yesterday we picked up three pan pizzas and a Caesar salad. Four adults and three kids ate for $30 with some leftovers. ...

Ripon’s Domino’s is consistently the best location I’ve purchased from. Their app tracker timing is always accurate and I never have to wait “a few more minutes” like with other shops (Modesto) even at “Complete.”

As with prior experiences, today Justin started on my pizza pretty damn quick! The order was perfect as ordered. He was friendly and kind at the window. Your awesome employees are the guns and face of the operation. Please treat them well and they will continue...
