Jimmy John's — Restaurant in River Falls

Went here today 721/21) since I was in town. I ordered my sandwich right off the app. Never been here before at this location. Paid for it and was all set to go. There wasn’t anyone inside eating, but they had plenty of orders they were working on for drive thru. Very clean inside. People inside were all very kind and professional. I got the meal. So for about 10.50 I got a huge sub made exactly the way I wanted it, a soda. and that huge big cookie. Now I am in a food coma! JJ IS THE SUPERIOR CHOICE. I gave up on Subway long ago. Gave up on many other so-called-sub places.The inconsistencies and they are not less expensive. It is around just 10.75 for a Spicy Italian without a meal(at Subway).

Long gone are the $5 subs all day. And I have to say JJ tastes like they have real meat. Unlike Subway and their fake crab meat or fake jello’d icky meats that taste like the meats came right out of an Oscar Myer cheap lunch meat package.

JJ is just better. The Best ever! And I don’t just give 5 stars. If u ask for extra lettuce and no mayo, and ask for extra say… onion. U will get it. U don’t need to stand and watch some person put a few flakes of lettuce on your sandwich thinking that they out extra on it. Or have someone use a knife all full of mayo and cut that sub and half and putting God knows what I’m the ends of your sub? Lol!

I like getting Jimmy johns especially like their chips and turkey sandwiches. About a little over a week ago like few days over a week ago I only had enough money on my card to get my husband and I some of their chips. My order was only a little over 8 bucks. It sat on pending for the charge for a few days and when the charge finally went through a 10 dollar tip was added that I never added. Never even signed a receipt. So I called the store and talked to the manager working that day and to the manager I spoke to said they would void the order and id get a full refund and that I should get it in the next couple days. ive been waiting a week for the refund now still have not gotten it.

Update. I am raising my review to 4 stars because yes they're can definitely be some issues the river falls. Location such as what happened to me. But when it does come.to fixing problems they do try their best. The issue i have mentioned above has been resolved. May have taken longer then usually expected for an issue to be resolved but I will say for the this location they do try to solve the issues that arise for theyre location which in my eyes goes a long way because Customer service...

This location is hit or miss. I have had great experiences but I've also had some not so great experiences. When I choose Jimmy John's it's usually because they are supposed to be quick and they deliver. However there's many times they haven't lived up to the "Freaky fast" slogan.

A few weeks ago I spent 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru and there was 1 car in front of me and only 1 customer in the the store with multiple employees inside.

Today was even worse... I placed an order at 9:30am and scheduled it to be delivered at the beginning of my lunch break. 40 min after my sandwich was supposed to be delivered, the tracker still said it had not gone out for delivery yet... At this point there's no way I will be able to eat so I called to cancel. The guy I spoke to wanted me to call back in 2 hours because they were supposedly too busy to cancel my order... After explaining I would be working then and wouldn't be able to call again, the guy finally said he would write my info down and do it later.

This type of service is unreliable and will make me think twice the next time I think about ordering from Jimmy John's in...
