Me and my friend ordered at the kiosk and were told to select a number tent and sit down and that our order would be brought to us. Even so, we listened to the numbers that were called out by the staff, just in case. We heard the number before ours, and the number after ours. When an employee (older woman, straight brown short hair) brought us our food, she kinda slammed it down on our table and snapped at us. "I called your number three times!" We apologized, but more just to be polite than anything. Ordering at the kiosk says that they will bring our food straight to our table, so we shouldn't have to listen for our number, but even then, we were listening and didn't hear anything. And we weren't even sitting in the back in a hard to find spot. We were very close to the front counter. But even if we were in the far back, it's the employees responsiblity to walk around and find us. It's not that large of a restaurant. It really ruined my experience because I try my best to be kind and understanding to customer service employees. Maybe she was just having a bad day but I don't really feel like employees should ever yell at customers. Unfortunately, that is not all. We realized we did not receive cups to go with our meals, so we went to the counter to ask for some. The woman walked past, made eye contact with us, and ignored us. We stood there waiting for cups for a minute or two, before finally deciding to grab them ourselves (it was right behind the counter in an easy to grab spot) and only then did she ask what we wanted. Read moreSave your money and spare yourself being ripped off and getting food poisoning. An employee pocketed my neighbors change and refused to give it to her, nothing was done. I've had missing items from orders nothing done. Then yesterday I did an order app for breakfast and made it a couple minutes late and they said I couldn't get which I understand. Asked if they could cancel it and they said yes. They didn't. Went in the store they said they didn't deal with it rude af. I'm supposed to be out $7? They offered a double cheeseburger and small fry to make it up they gave me the wrong food and burnt fries they were blackish brown and disgusting. I threw it away. I contacted corporate. Freaking awful can't stress this enough. There's not a lot of other options in town but Kwik trip is better then this place. Good grief. I'll never go back it's been multiple instances I let go because they never do anything anyways. They lost a customer. Guess they'll find out what happens when no one goes there anymore and they don't have...
Read moreNormally have a good experience here. However, today when I went through the drive thru for a quick breakfast I had a not so pleasant interaction with the woman at the pay window. After I ordered and was waiting in line to get to the pay window, I decided to check my app for any deals. I found one I wanted to use and presented it upon pulling up to the pay window. The woman at the window acted extremely annoyed that I wanted to use the coupon on my phone and then proceeded to scold me for not giving the coupon code over the loudspeaker when I ordered, telling me it takes more time to do it at the window. Not a great look to infer that I’m being an inconvenience as a paying customer.
