Krabby Daddy's Seafood Eatery — Restaurant in River View Township

Let me start off with, I order here ALOT I am a loyal customer, the other night I ordered they didn't toss my order in any sauce like I asked the potatoes were so plain there was no flavor whatsoever not even the seasoning was on there just straight bland potatoes, I called and the Manager Kyle gladly with out hesitation told me he was going to give me a gift card for next time with a little extra for the inconvenience. I picked up my gift card that only had $20 on it literally gave me $3.62 extra from what my previous order cost that they messed up "whatever" so I ordered today nobody was in the parking lot dead as can be "its Monday" I get it. I used my gift card and some cash, spent almost 30 dollars , my potatoes were literally so undercooked they were crunchy , food wasn't hot a few of my shrimp were even ice cold when you grabbed them by the tail also NOT COOKED , I'm really upset that its becoming a reoccurring problem with my food everytime I order and I hate calling an complaining because I don't want to seem like the type thats just wanting free food , I offered last time to bring it back and they said it wasn't necessary but to keep having issues and going through all of this trouble and frustration that I've wasted money means I won't return or make any future purchases . Great hidden gem in Crystal City! The food was great and worth the wait. Do not be discouraged by the line or the lack of tables. Chances are by the time your food comes out a spot will open up, or just share a table like we did. We opted for the $30 meal which consisted of two crab clusters, fifteen shrimp, two ears of corn, one sausage, and a handful of red potatoes. Everything was cooked to perfection. Now on to the draw back's. The restaurant is connected to the bar next door. People are constantly walking in and out of a side door connecting the two establishments. Terrible idea, not only is it loud and a huge annoyance. It constantly wafts in cigarette smoke. Not your average smoke smell either. A terrible lingering someone has smoked in that building for forty years smell. Not sure how this is still legal but we are in rural Missouri. My clothes still smell of cigarettes today and my pregnant wife was not happy about all the second hand smoke. Get a new location and ditch the bar. Possibly invest in some better ventilation to whisk the stench and smoke out. The only reason I gave this four stars instead of three was due to the quality and coat of the food. Have been to Krabby Daddy several time and always had a good experiences. Well after going there for my bday dinner which was today 2/23/24 I will not be returning. First of all I got taxed twice on my purchase. The ayce crab legs list for $50 per person and I got charged $51.75 and soda $3 and got charged $3.09. Which total came to $109 and some change then got taxed $10 and some change. So we asked the girl at the counter why it said $51.75 instead of $50 which they have listed on menu for ayce crab legs. She said that it adds the tax when it gets rung up. Ok? Then why are you charging me another tax? I’m getting taxed on tax! Then when they would come to table to see if everything was ok, we would request a refill and 2 different times it took over 20mins to get our refill when there was maybe 10 people in the restaurant at that time.
