The manager Joe is not willing to correct issues with your order, just a heads up. I ordered mac and cheese, and even double checked at the window with the cashier, and repeated my whole order to her, which she confirmed. I drove all the way home, and discovered that there's no Mac and cheese in any of my bags. I called the store and explained to Joe that they forgot my food item. The only thing he offered me was to come back, and order another mac and cheese, which I would still have to pay for since the cashier didn't ring it up on my order. I told him that it wasn't my fault that his cashier didn't ring it up, especially since I repeated my order to her a second time at the window, and she had confirmed it. Why should I have to waste my gas to go pick up an item, that I already wasted gas to go pick up already? He basically didn't care and told me if I'd like him to give me corporates number, and his Managers name. I told him he was rude and unprofessional for making me go through all that, rather than being professional, and making it right with a customer. He still wasn't concerned, and almost seemed snarky, and unbothered by the whole thing. I called the corporate number and they were great, corrected the situation, and were very apologetic. Read moreWe ordered at this location Less than two weeks ago, and our order was completely wrong and the sandwiches weren’t what they were supposed to be. My wife called and talked to the manager, and he was nice and apologized and offered to replace the meal but to reference his name when we go back. My wife and daughter went back to get the replacement order but she had forgot what the manager’s name was. The worker named Alyssa (even though on the receipt, it said Christina) was Extremely rude and called my wife a liar she said “it’s our policy not to give managers names out and we never replace full orders.” Hopefully the owner sees this because if you look at your reviews, you guys have some issues… lots of 1 and 2 star experiences. Nobody wants to come in and get treated absolutely horrible and wrong orders and bad food when Panera is by no means cheap.

I was with my girlfriend and they called for her order, which is how I realize my food was out for who knows how long. After I got home, I realize they didn’t even add bacon to my bacon mac and cheese that I paid extra for, so I had to go back and ask them to add bacon, only for them to sprinkle a bit of bacon ontop. I requested more bacon for the inconvenience of having to go back and forth, but they said it would be extra. Can’t even make an exception for a mistake?
