I was with my 4-year-old granddaughter suddenly she had to go to the bathroom we made a Mad Dash from the car inside of the Burger King a woman in a black shirt was standing alone. We run to the restroom not knowing they lock the doors and you need a code to open the door. So because the door was locked we turn around and run back up front. The woman, still standing alone is there. I asked, would it be possible for you to open the bathroom door? My grandaughter really needs to use the bathroom. To my suprise, this woman makes a nasty face, a huge sigh and rolling off the eyes. Clearly, clearly irritated at my simple request. As she is walking I said to her..." seriously? She needed to use the restroom, she is 4 years old and your acting like that?? Your very rude. You guys are the ones locking the doors. She totally ignored me, didn't even give me the time of day. As we got into the restroom my granddaughter said, " Grandma, why did she get mad because I had to go to the bathroom?" She followed with, "that lady is not a nice person" After we walked back to the counter to get her a kids meal I asked who she was to the very kind and helpful young man at the counter. He stated that was the manager Alisha. I told him what happened HE was very apologetic. So Alisha, the manager you should not be in this business. Your losing customers...

You didn't give me the correct number of cups. I ordered 4 meals and you gave me 3 cups. When I asked for the 4th, you exhaled deeply and practically tossed it at me like I was a problem.
Your Coke freestyle machine was out of nearly everything, including every diet option.
You had no medium sized cup lids, so we had to risk filth falling into our cups from the dirty restaurant and couldn't take drinks to go.
It was $52 for 4 meals, an oreo shake, and ciniminis.
The size of the Double Cheeseburgers on your menu (#5 Meal) are disgracefully small. You should be humiliated handing those to the customers.
When you finally completed our order, you didn't give us the Oreo shake and then moved on to another order, acting annoyed a few moments later when you saw I was still at the counter.
We asked for no tomato or onion on the burgers. You made sure to point out that they didn't come with onion or tomato like I was a fool for not knowing, and then you gave me onions on the burgers. Who is the fool now?
Fast food places think they can raise prices to be like everyone else, forgetting why people go to fast food places. All of my complaints above would have been no big deal had you not charged me $52 for the...
Read moreAs I sit at my kitchen table with my lovely wife staring angrily at the burger that I left a crowded Texas road house restaurant across the parking lot for, I wonder did I really "get it my way?" My order? Simple, Bacon and cheese whopper meal with absolutely no onions because I am extremely allergic to them please... She continues with the order and after my wife completes her order I once again remind her that I cannot have onions on my burger because of my allergies and she promises me that there won't be (even tho its not showing on the menu board) I drive thru pay for our meals and off to the races I go to fill my tummy with my favorite fast food... Fast forward 20 minutes and 2 benadryl later Grrr... Why are there about 12 onions on my burger??? And as I call and call the restaurant i don't get an answer time and time again... How could a simple instruction land me in the hospital angry because someone didn't hit the proper key stroke to let the sandwich guy know... NO ONIONS... And what really pissed me off... The wrapper was marked......
