If 0 stars was possible, that's what they'd get from me. TWICE we've been here, and the whole order is wrong. Don't go here within 2 hours of closing time, they close the fryers and cook top early. So any food you get, was put in a microwave or just flat out cold. They don't EVER answer, in "fear" of getting big call in orders. I really think the owners need to step in and hire a whole new staff. Employees lie about being managers, lie about their names when you ask for a manager. Employees fratrinizing should be against the rules, Edith is 10/10 having relations with the cook. She was sweaty, her hair was disgusting and messy LAST NIGHT, even for a fast food employee. Unless she just NEVER showers She was rude, the cook laughed at us through the window when we circled back through the drive through to get our order fixed. He flipped us off when my spouse held up his hands - confused. With the whole laughing thing, we threw away our whole order. I refused to eat it, much less feed ANYTHING to my infant son. Read moreMy family and I just moved here and we have never been to a Del Taco. The staff was extremely rude, didn't give us a receipt. We got all the way home and our order was wrong. Called the store and the young lady who answered was completely rude. Drove all the way back for the manager on duty to set my messed up order aside and walk away from, cleared her screen before she even cared to see what I needed. Asked for a receipt, even tho she could clearly see we just ordered from there. Sat and waited for our food to be remade for over 30 minutes and we were charged more for an upgrade as we wanted the dell tacos not the snack tacos. Not once did we get an apology. This establishment has to do better than this!! To the General manager I get it is hard to find good people these days but my goodness ,please find better people than this!!! Read moreComing through the drive-thru or inside this place on a Friday night is a bad idea. The drive thru line was wrapping around the building so we decided to go inside. Once inside we find out there’s only 2 people working, trying to manage drive thru and counter. On a Friday night. Especially when you’re open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday. If you want to be open 24 hours on the weekend because you know It’ll be busy, you should have more than 2 people working. I’m sitting inside the restaurant while writing this listening to the 2 employees who I can tell are super stressed, apologise profusely to the people at the drive thru and at the counter. And watching as many people just leave because they don’t want to wait. The managers really need to re-evaluate how many people they have working on weekends. I come here all the time during the day and have had no problems but I hate seeing employees overworked and understaffed...
